WTA Studios took care of our branding, the UI/UX design, and social media. Two months down the line, they designed our website as well.

They delivered solid project management and stuck to timelines and schedules.

How did WTA Studios perform from a project management standpoint?

In terms of communication, we used Trello, Slack, and Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their project management was good, and they gave timely updates.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They didn’t have empathy and didn't listen to my problems. Also, they took money without delivering results. Once I got angry, it got worse, and they said they’d take my website down if I didn't pay more money, which was blackmail — they were money-minded.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Talk about money with them to avoid misunderstandings.
