Introduce your business and what you do there.

I own a chiropractic business. I’ve been in business for 25 years.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with WSI Peak Digital Strategy?

I’d only ever advertised in the Yellow Pages, which nobody looks at anymore. After trying without much avail to market my services on Facebook, I brought on WSI Peak Digital Strategy to help me establish a web presence.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

WSI Peak Digital Strategy developed a website. I provided Dave (Owner) with some media, including a brochure that I had. He asked me some questions and delivered a rough draft of the website within a week. We incorporated some changes and went through a couple of iterations.

The site includes my patient fill-out forms so that my clients can provide their information remotely, without wasting time in the office. This has been an important feature, especially in light of COVID-19. Dave’s also integrated banners that indicate my reduced office hours.

What is the team composition?

I worked solely with Dave.

How did you come to work with WSI Peak Digital Strategy?

I’ve known Dave for several years. We’ve been friends outside of work, and I’ve also treated his family.

How much have you invested with them?

The project cost less than $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project began in January 2020 and wrapped up in February of the same year.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve definitely seen an uptick in efficiency because people no longer have to come in and sit in the office while they fill out forms. It’s almost odd to see new patients walk in, and they’ve already got filled-out forms in their hands.

How did WSI Peak Digital Strategy perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated via phone and email, primarily. Everything went smoothly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The entire process was extremely efficient. I gave him some media, and he put it all together. I hardly had any suggestions for changes when he gave me the final version.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, not really. Anytime that I see anything I want to change, Dave immediately implements it.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I don’t think any advice is necessary; Dave is an efficient person who’ll handle it all for you.
