How did you come to work with Write Right?

We searched Google for keyword content writing agencies in India. We contacted multiple agencies, but they didn’t inspire a lot of confidence. Bhavik gave us a good pitch, and he also sent some samples over email, which looked good.

How much have you invested with them?

The cost of the 30 articles was approximately $300.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Write Right in September 2020. The initial project is complete, but we plan to give them more work in the coming months.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We check the quality of work using a Grammarly Premium account. The readability score was above 80 for all articles. We gave them an order of 30 articles, which they said could be delivered in 3–4 days. We were a bit suspicious, but the work they delivered was good in terms of English use and formatting.

How did Write Right perform from a project management standpoint?

They gave us a delivery time of 3–4 days, and they delivered on the fourth day. Bhavik was our sole point of contact, and I don’t know what tools they used internally. He was always available to us, even late at night, and he kept us updated on the progress. We had a good collaboration.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What we liked the most about them was their honest delivery time estimate. We’ve worked with other agencies, and none of them delivered on the promised date. Bhavik was the first one who delivered on time.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Write Right could improve on project management. Right now, I think that Bhavik is their only point of contact. They deliver good-quality work, and I think they should expand their company.

I totally recommend Write Right for all content writing services. I can’t speak to their other services right now.

My partner and I decided to set up an advertising agency since digital marketing is the future. First of all, the website is the key. For offline marketing, a brochure is the key because we would distribute that in newspapers as a pamphlet. Without the script and dialogue as well as content, nothing would be possible, so for us, and it was really important and we hired Write Right to help.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired Write Right for website content, email marketing, and for pamphlets and brochures. Right now, we are also working with them for our video scripts because we are going to be starting a YouTube channel, too.

Our website is already live. The content we wanted was more of copywriting and creation, and not just simple web-based content or any type of landing page that you would see on the IT side or e-commerce side.

We have four people that are dedicated to this project, including three copywriters, a YouTube writer and we also work with a client relationship executor.

I’m happy with it. We had sent the website out to 8–9 competitor agencies to review and, according to them, we are good to go. We’re also about to hire someone to help with SEO to make the site relevant.

They are an awesome team. Project management is flawless. We have a client relationship executor, and he is responsible for the communication. As we are both from India, there is no time zone issue or anything like that. The cost was already decided and we’ve paid 3–4 months in advance.

Their ability to meet deadlines is the most impressive — everything has been perfect. If I ask for delivery by the weekend, they can deliver by Thursday, which I like.

Everything is great and they have really good potential, but they have a small team. There is a possibility that they could increase the number of people they have.
