WPWP first improved the speed of our old website, then built a new multilingual website from scratch: home page, services, doctors, prices, news, blog, gallery, reviews and contacts. The team moved all content from the old site, kept the old page addresses and protected the site from spam and unwanted bots. After launch WPWP supports the site. Key deliverables: the new clinic website.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

The new website works in several languages. All old page addresses were kept during the move, and the site is protected from spam and unwanted bots.

The team worked in clear stages, delivered the new site [on time] and answered our questions [quickly]. After launch they keep supporting us.

What impressed us most is that the team moved the whole old site, kept every old address, and quickly protected the site from spam and bots.

Overall we are satisfied. We have no serious complaints.

How many teammates from wpwp were assigned to this project?

6-10 Employees

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The project covered three areas. The team conducted a full technical audit of the website following migration and resolved all bugs affecting page rendering, layout integrity, and functionality across service and industry pages.
Custom modular content blocks were designed and developed for blog articles — including text, visual, and CTA components — built to fit DataOx's existing site structure and SEO requirements.
Finally, Mailchimp integration was configured via MC4WP, covering tag setup, Journey trigger mapping, and end-to-end testing of form submission flows to ensure correct data passing between the website and the Mailchimp audience.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We came to wpwp.bz with a site in rough shape. A lot of articles were broken after the migration and things weren't working as they should. The team identified all the issues and fixed everything cleanly.
On top of that, they built custom content blocks on ACF and Gutenberg that our content manager can now edit and expand independently, with no developer needed. The solution is flexible enough for us to scale the site on our own terms.
The site runs smoothly, traffic is growing steadily through the content we publish, and all forms are fully connected to Mailchimp with correct data flow into our audience.

The project involved a lot of questions and evolving requirements on our end. The wpwp.bz team adapted throughout, stayed consistently available, and provided regular updates at every stage. Managers were polite, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. What stood out most was the team's expertise and their willingness to find the best solution for our specific case rather than applying a generic approach.

Are there any areas for improvement or something wpwp could have done differently?

Overall, we are happy with how everything turned out. The one thing that could be slightly improved is the testing phase.

What advice do you have for clients with similar needs to yours?

Clients with similar needs should clearly define priorities between stability, flexibility, and scalability from the start and choose a partner who can support both technical fixes and long-term content growth. Based on our experience, we sincerely recommend wpwp.bz as a reliable and professional contractor.

How many teammates from wpwp were assigned to this project?

2-5 Employees

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We engaged WPWP to overhaul our entire digital platform, starting with the migration of a large, multi-domain WooCommerce multisite into a single, unified site. This required consolidating tens of thousands of products, historical orders, and customer records, while preserving URLs, redirects, and SEO value to ensure a smooth transition with no downtime.

As part of this rebuild, they optimized site performance and scalability at both the front-end and infrastructure levels. WPWP restructured templates, refactored inefficient code, and implemented advanced caching, CDN delivery, and database optimizations. The result was a significant boost in site speed, improved stability under heavy traffic, and a smoother shopping experience for our customers.

The team also integrated and rebuilt several custom plugins and features critical to our business. They re-engineered pricing tables, custom checkout logic, and advanced product filtering, ensuring everything was compatible with the new single-site architecture. Beyond rebuilding existing functionality, WPWP delivered new features tailored to our operations, streamlining workflows for both customers and internal teams.

Additionally, WPWP led a comprehensive modernization of infrastructure and security. They optimized server configurations, introduced automated backup and staging environments, and hardened the site against vulnerabilities. These updates created a strong technical foundation, future-proofing the platform as our traffic and product offerings continue to grow.

Since launch, WPWP has been our long-term development partner, providing ongoing maintenance, proactive monitoring, and continuous feature development. Their deep understanding of our platform and business needs makes them a reliable extension of our internal team.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

1. Seamless migration
Successfully migrated 100,000+ WooCommerce orders, 20,000+ customer accounts, and thousands of products with zero data loss and no downtime.
2. Substantial performance gains
Reduced average page load time from 3–4 seconds to under 2 seconds, improving both SEO scores and user experience.
3. Improved site stability
Optimized database queries and caching, allowing the site to handle 2× more concurrent traffic without slowdowns or crashes.
4. Conversion and UX improvements
Streamlined checkout and product pages, which contributed to a notable increase in completed orders.
5. Security and infrastructure upgrades
Implemented automated backups, staging environments, and hardened security measures, reducing security incidents to zero since deployment.
6. Operational efficiency
Custom tools and rebuilt features have saved our team dozens of hours per month on manual updates and maintenance tasks.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

WPWP has been fantastic to work with from day one. They consistently deliver on time, even when tackling big, complicated projects of which we had several over the course of our cooperation. We always know where things stand because they keep us posted.

They’re quick to respond whenever we have questions or last-minute needs, often fixing things the same day. What really stands out is how proactive they are — they don’t just follow instructions, they come up with smart solutions and adjust on the fly when priorities shift. Working with them feels less like hiring a contractor and more like having a reliable, invested teammate.

What was your primary form of communication with wpwp?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impresses us most is how deeply they understand our platform — after years of working together, they know our site inside and out, often spotting issues or opportunities before we do. It feels like they’re truly part of our team, not just an outside contractor.

Are there any areas for improvement or something wpwp could have done differently?

There’s nothing major we’d change — we are very happy with both the process and results. If anything, having documentation delivered earlier would have been helpful, but the team provided it promptly whenever we asked.
