WebPlanetSoft consistently meets our needs gracefully. They take us seriously as a customer, and they care more about producing results than earning money.

How did WebPlanetSoft perform from a project management standpoint?

The team is responsive even after hours just to make sure our clients are happy. To communicate, we use Skype, phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

WebPlanetSoft cares about finishing their work and our response to it. They don’t just do their job — they make sure we’re satisfied with it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The WebPlanetSoft team could have longer business hours. They started to improve upon that, but I’d prefer if they had more shifts and delivered more work at a faster turnaround. Other than that, they have the experience and deliver quality work.

Be clear about your requirements and explain what you’re looking for. Additionally, to avoid miscommunication, work closely with the WebPlanetSoft team to get to the best solution.
