I am the founder at Gosensing, a technology company providing services majorly in web & app development with major clientele in USA, Dubai, Singapore, and Canada. We work with trusted partners in different technical verticals and I feel great of having associated with Worklabs for specific expertise in their domain.

I’ve hired Worklabs for WordPress/PHP/Digital marketing projects. The services include web development and marketing.

What were your goals for this project?

My goal was to get as much designated work I could done in a short amount of time. I have had quite some success with all the projects I’ve assigned to them.

The scope of the work has been real estate marketing and a website for an educational institute made in PHP. The educational website had a 2-factor authentication form with a random code generator made for hosting quizzes. The real estate marketing was for promoting luxurious high-end apartments.

What was the team composition?

The team comprises of content writers, social media managers, SEO experts, PHP developers, network engineers and designers.

The work was done well in time and helped me to get many further references.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow has been very effective, I have the liberty to call them up anytime and get the work done. There’s usually a project manager that co-ordinates with everyone.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Worklabs knew how to pull the timelines and their designs were pretty amazing.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The code should be free of any bugs ever possible. There were a few instances when the clients pointed out the bugs and mistakes.

I am the co-founder of ‘The Titans Fitness’, which is a digital platform based in Brampton, Canada and dedicated to help people achieve their fitness goals. We have hired Worklabs to promote our brand name and boost our online presence by means of content marketing. Our motive to approach them was to get high-quality content (blogs, articles, etc.) and use it to reach our audience.

By leveraging content marketing, we want to reach our target audience more effectively, which were mostly located around the region of Ontario. In addition, we anticipated an increase in users approaching our brand organically and not mere through advertisements.

We performed thorough research on the internet for the best content marketing company in India that offers cost-effective services. During the research, we found Worklabs to be among the highly rated IT companies that offer wide range of services including content marketing at reasonable prices. Afterward, we also checked the client ratings for Worklabs on various platforms and found the company to have good reviews, and finally decided to hire them for our project.

Soon after contacting Worklabs, we had multiple video conferences with them regarding our project and they seem to understand our requirements pretty quickly. We discussed all the milestones that we wanted to achieve from the content marketing project.

During the discussion, they also suggested us to endorse our platform on Instagram, which worked out pretty well during the actual run of the project. During meetings, we told them our main goal, which was to increase our brand awareness and get organic audience.

From our side, a few of my team members have collaborated with their team of marketing professionals and content writers. Usually, all the tasks and progress they share with us is through their project manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within a couple of months, we have found that our brand popularity started increasing and the number of organic audience reaching us also increased. Our Instagram handle also started receiving organic likes and followers, which was a bonus for us. We're happy that we're still working with them and using their high-end content marketing services for growing our business.

There’s no communication gap between us and them as their team is highly responsive. Eventually, this made it easier for us to collaborate with them in the best possible way.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I think their responsiveness and the frank way of handling the clients is the thing that makes them the best. Besides, I also need to highlight their highly talented staff who actually made things work and achieve our marketing target.

It would be churlish to pass any solid judgement so soon because we are working with their team for about a couple of months.

Till now, they have been with us through thick and thin and we are happy about the fact that we haven’t found any noticeable flaws in their content marketing services.

Queries for custom travel itineraries increased by 150%. We also got call waiting times down to four minutes. The not only realized our vision, but also cut CAC.

They worked like it was their own project, and I was thoroughly impressed with their charming manager. Their communication channel was very smooth and effective.

The team developed the mobile-responsive website using WordPress and the PHP framework. They built a payment gateway and a Yoast plug-in. The build finished in early 2018, but we intend to reengage Worklabs for SEO.

Communication was more limited than we expected, but that was a mutual problem. Worklabs executed the project flawlessly.

I am the CEO at Inkpothub, a platform for students and professors which can also handle infrastructure and hiring at colleges.

We hired Worklabs for a website which started as a social media platform for researchers. Worklabs also ran advertisements for professors and their research and lectures.

We wanted a scalable platform that would be SEO-friendly. We wanted to target students who were looking for projects and professors who were looking for research assistance. The backend would be built with social media and a large amount of cloud storage.

I knew and trusted two of the principals, Jivitesh (Founder & Head of Business Operations, Worklabs) and Karan (CEO, Worklabs). I also spent a lot of time in their office to develop an understanding of our engagement.

They designed the backend with Node and the frontend with Angular. Features included professor portfolios and IDs for students and professors. Other services included digital marketing.

We worked with a project lead, three web developers, a UI designer, and a content writer.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

As we developed the concept to cater to institutes as an infrastructure manager and hiring portal, our balance sheet looked much better. With that platform up and running by itself, we can now focus on our goal of building a social media platform for researchers.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

My main point of contact was Karan. I knew every member of his team and their strengths and weaknesses.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They have a lot of energy and passion for technology. Their firm is a place full of ideas and arguments.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We initially faced too much loading time on the frontend, but after we removed a video, it was fixed and resolved quickly.
