I am the co-founder of ‘The Titans Fitness’, which is a digital platform based in Brampton, Canada and dedicated to help people achieve their fitness goals. What were your goals for this project?

By leveraging content marketing, we want to reach our target audience more effectively, which were mostly located around the region of Ontario. In addition, we anticipated an increase in users approaching our brand organically and not mere through advertisements.

How did you select this vendor?

We performed thorough research on the internet for the best content marketing company in India that offers cost-effective services. During the research, we found Worklabs to be among the highly rated IT companies that offer wide range of services including content marketing at reasonable prices. Afterward, we also checked the client ratings for Worklabs on various platforms and found the company to have good reviews, and finally decided to hire them for our project.

Soon after contacting Worklabs, we had multiple video conferences with them regarding our project and they seem to understand our requirements pretty quickly. We discussed all the milestones that we wanted to achieve from the content marketing project.

During the discussion, they also suggested us to endorse our platform on Instagram, which worked out pretty well during the actual run of the project. During meetings, we told them our main goal, which was to increase our brand awareness and get organic audience.

What was the team composition?

From our side, a few of my team members have collaborated with their team of marketing professionals and content writers. Usually, all the tasks and progress they share with us is through their project manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within a couple of months, we have found that our brand popularity started increasing and the number of organic audience reaching us also increased. Our Instagram handle also started receiving organic likes and followers, which was a bonus for us. We're happy that we're still working with them and using their high-end content marketing services for growing our business.

There’s no communication gap between us and them as their team is highly responsive. Eventually, this made it easier for us to collaborate with them in the best possible way.

I think their responsiveness and the frank way of handling the clients is the thing that makes them the best. Besides, I also need to highlight their highly talented staff who actually made things work and achieve our marketing target.

It would be churlish to pass any solid judgement so soon because we are working with their team for about a couple of months.
