I am the marketing director of a sports products company.

We needed to improve our organic visibility on Google as well as promote our constant newly launched products on Google Ads

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to have an ROI of at least 20% that would help us to compare it to he ROI of other channels such as Social Media and Email Marketing.

We knew about Carlos from an in-house training he gave us for stablishing an SEO strategy for our website

We started by expressing our interest in Carlos's services with his agency related to SEO consulting and Google Ads account management. They developed an overall SEO strategy and helped us manage an advertising account within our budget and with our desired ROI.

What was the team composition?

We usually review their monthly progress and recommendations with Carlos (Wolfate's Director) and our sales, marketing, and product teams. The same team was on the monthly meetings

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were struggling with increasing our rankings and Carlos guided me and my team with the technical aspects that were holding us back.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their team was very great to work with. We kept constant communication with two of Wolfate's Co-Founders (Carlos and Kareem) and despite being Carlos the head of the project and the one we saw each month, Kareem really helped us with market trends and segmentation that will further serve as guidance for the strategy the marketing team and Carlos were stablishing.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Aside from their extremely young age (17 years old when I met them), they are very serious in their work. They both have great knowledge and insights that helped to guide our marketing and sales efforts.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not really, I was actually impressed by the detail the team had on the project. It actually was better than I expected.
