I’m the President of Marketing for a company that does dry cleaning ad more.

We needed to increase the visibility and efficiency of our website. It was clunky, out of date, and difficult to update. 

What were your goals for this project?

We also wanted to drive traffic to the website and ultimately to us.

How did you select WJB MARKETING?

The head of our company researched different companies. WJB Marketing kept showing up, which was a driving force behind our decision. They’re neither a massive company nor a tiny company. That was another significant factor in our decision.

The initial phase of the website involved a complete website redesign. We liked one of our leading supplier’s websites, which we sent to WJB Marketing as an example. They then mocked up a design and collaboratively established the specific attributes and functionalities that we wanted. After that launched, we started the second phase of our work together.

Aside from maintaining the website, they manage SEO and PPC campaigns. We recently launched an advertising campaign between Google Ads and Bing Ads. Then social media campaigns.

What was the team composition?

We mainly work with two people from WJB Marketing who reported to the CEO. We frequently work with Shelby (Internet Marketing Analyst) who writes copy and ads. We also worked with a project manager, Tara, during the website design project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

One month after launching our most recent campaign, we increased our monthly unique website views from about 80–110 to about 450.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Whenever they give us a timeline or time estimate, they’re right on it. Their communication is also great. Anytime I message Shelby, I get an answer within a couple of hours if not immediately.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their customer service and turnaround times are outstanding. They quickly respond to us. For any request, their turnaround times are quick too.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Ummm, honestly no.

I am the head of marketing at Texarkana Therapy Center, a full service therapy center offering physical, speech, and occupational therapy.

To be ahead of our competition in the search results anytime one of our main branches are searched. physical, speech, and occupational therapy.

I've worked with several marketing companies and none of them worked out. I found about WJB Marketing by word of mouth. Everybody always talks highly about them.

Describe the project in detail.

I'm sorry this was quite a bit ago... I'll recall it to the best of my ability. They audited our site and past campaigns. They then did to our competitors and found the words they were using and where all of there links where coming from. WJB Marketing then started optimizing our site and stealing their links and eventually outranking them on their words as well.

What was the team composition?

We had a Manager who kept us up to date and he reported to the CEO directly who often joined the chatroom and worked along side of us.

The outcome is we have doubled in size in the past 3 years and are still growing rapidly. We will actually be moving into a larger building for the 3rd time this coming august if things continue to go well for us. Just search these three below and you will see we are always on the top! They are always available for immediate support, and their advice is always spot-on. I have faith in WJB Marketing, their experience, expertise in web marketing, and there work ethic. You won't find another company that works that hard.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed by just about everything they did for us but I guess what I liked the most was they made everything make sense.

NONE! Those guys at WJB Marketing are great at what they do.

I run a construction company focused on home repair.

To design our website, with SEO in mind, get us listed on Google, and to run some heavy google ad campaigns and light facebook campaigns.

What were your goals for this project?

To drum up business via social media and google ads. Impress them with our new website. And get on the first page of google for our company name.

How did you select this vendor?

A friend of mine had a web site built by them and would never shut up about them. So I called 10 different companies and their pricing was in the top 2 and I liked them better than the other people I spoke with.

After we chose WJB Marketing we set up an appointment to discuss it in more detail. They asked a ton of questions about the company and made me look at a bunch of websites and tell them what I liked and hated. Then they had me meet with them again about two weeks later and did it again with some moc sites they had made. Then they explained what the SEO marketing process entailed and helped us figure out what we actually wanted out of it.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The web site was freakin sweet. It was the first time I didn't mind spending money on marketing. It quickly reached our ranking goal and within 4 months the amount of calls we were receiving was a little over 15 percent more than we used too.

They delivered every item on schedule and they were very generous with their time and attention. Their team feels like family to our small company. The team performed very well.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They consistently delivered.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

They showed me several website and I told them my favorites. They then made me a website and asked me to list everything I hated and like and wished it had. Then they brought me the finished project which was out of my price range and they said it would still be the original price and not to worry about it and that they would cover the help desk and scheduler for me.

What was the team composition?

The team consisted of about 6-7 people but I know there were 2 more working on it too that I never spoke with.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

yes, the amount of leads from my website literally tripled.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management was incredibly impressive, especially compared to every other marketing group I’ve talk to you. Their team regularly complied with deadlines and there are no delays. We communicated through Microsoft teams and their online chat room. They were incredibly professional and we’re on top of everything.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive thing is their ability to communicate and deliver everything they promise. I never expected it to go to this well.

There's always room for improvement but none that I saw. I give them 10 stars

I’m the vice president of a construction company. We’re a small to medium-sized commercial construction company that specializes in senior healthcare construction. I handle construction project management.

When we approached WJB Marketing, our website was about 4 years old, and we had been updating the content trying to get a certain keywords but unsuccessfully. The design was also fairly stagnant because we had a niche market with a lot of repeat customers, so we didn’t get many visitors.

Now that we’re trying to expand our market into other areas, we needed to create a new, user-friendly site that was easy for our staff to update with information. We also engaged WJB Marketing's team to manage our SEO.

To expand our market into other areas, and to increase engagement.

How did you select this vendor?

We took estimates from various web developers before contacting our IT company. WJB Marketing had created their website and came highly recommended. After talking with them, I felt they were the best fit for us.

Describe the project in detail.

I already had in mind the direction I wanted to go with the site and how I wanted to convey our image. Our company works with several nonprofits, supporting them both financially and with construction services.

Therefore, it was important to have a site that not only showcased our capabilities but also promoted our nonprofit clients. I wrote the copy for the new WordPress site, and WJB Marketing implemented it into the layout, structuring the home page to best reflect our company’s values.

What was the team composition?

For the web build, they assigned a web project manager and an SEO specialist who both took the lead on the website at different points. There were also other resources who performed statistical analysis to help us rank higher on Google.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

When the site went live, we sent out emails to our customers to gather feedback, and the response has been extremely positive. We’ve had more site visits, and our search rankings have also increased. The site itself has a good layout that’s easy to maneuver, and all of our key information is on the home page.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They performed well. Since we had most of the content ready to publish, each side worked to meet their deadlines. The site ended up being a month behind schedule, but that was because we needed to pull back and allocate time for our business.

Regardless, the project management team was extremely responsive throughout the development phase. We held all of our meetings through video conferences, which was nice. I appreciated that I could see the team and put a name to a face.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They do exactly what they say they’re going to do. They met the initial scope of work, kept to the time frame, and produced a nice-looking final product.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, I don’t have any complaints. I was pleased with their performance, conduct, and approach.
