I’m the CEO of a swimming and hydrotherapy company. We have eight locations in Israel and we provide swimming and therapy sessions for children and adults.

What challenge were you trying to address with Wisy?

We needed someone to handle our social media accounts and web development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Wisy has been our vendor for several years, and they handle all of our media, including Facebook, Instagram, our website, and we’re also in the process of trying out different social channels with them, including Tik Tok. 

They understand the unpredictability of advertising, so they’re constantly suggesting solutions to implement — Wisy even anticipates trends and creates content for us before someone else can do them. 

What is the team composition?

I’ve worked with several people over the years as they constantly change. However, I can consistently reach out to their manager to know what the team is working on.

How did you come to work with Wisy?

I came across Wisy from a previous company I used to be the CEO of. I asked them over because I really liked the results they delivered for us.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent nearly $3,000 on this project.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since January 2017.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We received several new customers since partnering with Wisy, and we’re now on the map thanks to their services. I can easily tell my main contact what I want to promote and advertise, and they’ll provide us with recommendations to make our ads more effective.

How did Wisy perform from a project management standpoint?

We typically communicate through email, phone, and WhatsApp, and they’re always available for us whenever we need them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with their outstanding service, professionalism, kindness, and creativity. I fully trust them to accomplish this project.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything they could improve on, because Wisy is doing well and they’re always a step ahead of everyone. Additionally, they go above and beyond to help us with tasks we don’t even ask for.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I’m very very very satisfied with their work and I recommend them 100%. However, things like this can vary from company to company, so what’s great for me might not be the same for others.

My father, my brother, and I co-own the Khokhobo Hotel in Tbilisi, Georgia. I have been managing all our marketing efforts for the last few years.

What challenge were you trying to address with Wisy?

We hired Wisy to advise us on all types of marketing, including digital.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We contacted Wisy the moment our hotel opened. They provided marketing services first, but we eventually expanded their responsibilities to cover advertising, design, and other aspects of our digital and traditional marketing. 

Wisy now acts as our marketing consultants, suggesting long-term strategies that can help our business grow. For instance, they proposed that we offer discounts until we fill a certain number of rooms. After which, we can slowly increase our prices to finally compete in the market again.

What is the team composition?

We generally work with between 5–12 people who are designers, managers, and people who work in the marketing field.

How did you come to work with Wisy?

When I searched for digital marketing agencies on Google, Wisy came up as one of the best. They were also recommended by some friends of mine who had worked with them in the past. 

How much have you invested with them?

We have spent between $70,000–$100,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our partnership started in August 2018, and it is ongoing. We temporarily paused the engagement when we were closed due to the pandemic, but we resumed our work when the hotel was reopened. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We are happy with the results we’ve seen in both our digital and offline marketing. Wisy has helped us put together advertising packages targeted to special groups, and their strategies have aided us in becoming one of the leading hotels in our area. With them involved, we’ve been able to focus on providing better customer service, arranging better offers, and maintaining our image as a good hotel.

How did Wisy perform from a project management standpoint?

I’ve really connected with Wisy’s manager. He is patient and wise, and I like his attitude. We reach out to them through email, phone calls, and Zoom. There haven’t been any problems in terms of communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed with how they treat me as a client. They immediately say yes to anything we ask, and it’s been a wonderful experience. They’re very professional, and they’ve made our communications very open. Every decision we’ve ever made has been a result of their suggestions and our joint brainstorming sessions. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I am very satisfied.
