Thanks to Wisitech InfoSolutions, we’ve expanded our reach from only feeding 2,000 children in 2011 to 2.2 million in 2019. 

Moreover,  we provided a month’s worth of food to over 12,000 families and gave about 40,000 face masks during the COVID-19 pandemic.

It was also important to find the right team who could set things up to allow me to make updates on the fly while handling any issues I might create in making those pricing and image updates.

Wisitech has managed all of the above and much more. We could not have asked for a better team. I am writing this review to praise the team (again) after we had critical errors in the site last week which I had caused through inexperience. We started off with a complete evaluation of the business. Wisitech started to study my business and do an analysis of current issues within my website and online presence.

From there, we started to implement SEO optimization, blog writing, guest blog writing, adding exposure through things like classified ads and creating a Yelp page and yellow page listing, etc. We also started to work with Google ads and we continue to do research on how all of our SEO and search engine optimization is doing to be on top of it.

The size of the team varies depending on the needs or budget I have to work with any given month. This company is very flexible and easy to work with when it comes to this. I mainly speak with Antara, who is the Creative Director and Rimple Sethi who is a project manager. Other team members work on the backend through their direction to help assist us in our endeavors.

I have seen an increase flow of traffic on my website and have received more inquiries on the phone from customers which have translated into more bookings.

The flexibility is something I value as a new business. My budget may fluctuate at times and they are very accommodating to adjust with me on what we can do together for success. I am also impressed with the dedication and hard work.

I am based in a different country so our language may have some barriers at times which can show through some of the blog or SEO writing, but they work hard to adapt and improve this which they have! They also had to learn a whole new industry to work with me and they worked hard to understand my business and what my industry is all about.

I was hesitant to start working with any company again on this because of this experience. I hired Wisitech to help with this project, and I'm still trusting them with my work six years later.

I wanted them to create an integration for Customized Nutrition Newsletters and MailChimp, and we then went on to create an integration with Constant Contact. We recently launched our own white labeled newsletter service with them, thanks to their support.

Over the past six years, Partho and his team have worked with me on a variety of projects. Initially, they were hired to find and fix the problem my original developers had created - this took a whole lot of time and effort on their part.

When I came to them, I was very frustrated with my previous experience and they did not feed into my frustration by talking negatively about the other developers (who they did not know but did have to clean up the mess of code they had created). They amazed me when they presented their proposal of ideas on how the system should work. Six years later, we are still working together and they are an essential part of my business. They've helped with several integrations throughout our engagement.

Over the years, I have seen their team grow and evolve. There is always a lead person with support team members working together. None of it could be possible without Partho.

Before the software was created I was doing all the work by hand - so now I have more time for other work. My business has grown and will continue to expand and evolve as technology advances. Wisitech has been essential to this success.

They are very timely in delivering the product on the deadline. If delays are going on, they are always very upfront and honest about why and work on providing a solution as efficiently as possible. As for language barriers - I think they do an excellent job in communicating and this has never been a problem for me. We most often meet via Skype or Zoom for conference calls when needed.

There are so many things I am impressed with but I think at the end of the day it is they amazed me with their professionalism. Their work ethic and dedication to get the work done right are great.
