BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I work as prop trader at FTMO this is basically a funding company for trader and here is where I actually earn a living as an independent trader.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire World Money Group, and what were your goals?

Well since I am an independent freelancer trader I needed to pass the FTMO challenge for the 50k USD account that they offer and I needed a robot to trade for me, so I approached World Money Group for a trading software and so its what I use to scale my forex prop account business without me having to actually trade.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Well I saw them posting their educational blog articles on a facebook group. I went to their website through the blog post and realized how well versed they are in their financial markets. Decided to contact them.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

I reached out to them via their website and we begun discussing at first I wanted to contribute my forex knowledge to their website since they have a contributors section but later on I came to realize that they weren't just a forex blog but were actually in the Forex B2B space they had a trading robot that specializes in currencies and at the moment had just finished their beta test.

The software in itself was not for sale and was only being used by their internal team so after negotiating with them we came to an agreement whereby I blog for them in exchange they pay me with the robot since its current price at the time was 800usd. I used their robot to pass multiple FTMO challenges this was infact an additional services offering as an independent free lancer. I pass for other struggling traders the FTMO challenge and get them funded.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked with two we had the point of contact who was basically the person I was negotiating the job from and another developer. But all of them were Forex traders but they doubled down as also software developers. I don't they have a corporate hierarchy of sorts, they are more like freelancers running a side project together and the business is 100% digital.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Well with the algorithm I was able to increase my account by 400% since the robot they gave me was a scalping robot. I have passed 6 FTMO challenges. 2 of which are repeats after getting my account closed and 2 more were me opening other accounts I currently control 4 funded trading accounts.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Well the company is very lean, they put me in a whatsapp group so whenever I needed to troubleshoot anything or needed support with their robot I could directly contact them and communications was very clear. They have actually been very supportive of me in this risky venture of trading prop firm money.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The fact that its a B2B and B2C business. The fact that I thought they were only an educational company only to later realize that they have an incredible software and they still haven't launched it to the public, they are very selective on who they sell their products to. I guess its because they don't make most of their money from selling the software but from actually using it. Also the fact that they are 100% digital company of 2.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I loved working with them, they really opened my eyes to alot of things. I am very satisfied with my results and would definitely recommend them
