We have hired Winklix to develop mobile app for both android and iOS platform on native basis
What were your goals for this project?
I want to facilitate client with some innovative solutions to revolutionise the legal systems in India . App facilitates making a connection between customer and all lawyers in India as well as abroad
How did you select this vendor?
We had met Winklix at a conference where we were both presenting and after some exploratory phone calls, we were ready to sign on. We have worked with them on several projects since becoming clients.
Winklix contracted to step in and complete and an iOS legal application that leveraged video recognition functionality to assist with training and legal services . They have delivered the mobile applications in highly organised manner

I want to facilitate user to directly connect with lawyers , rather than first discussing and paying huge charges for consultation . The app was made in well structured manner and is successfully being downloaded in India and abroad
What was the team composition?
We have been assigned both project manager as well as get into direct contact with Developer which has impressed me a lot . As getting in direct communication with developers removes any miscommunication problems

Within the time committed , which is 3 months they have delivered the project to us

The project was to implement SAP API's with mobile app so that customers can book their order online , or can raise service request for already buy product .

Project manager has been assigned at first stage . After than design , development and testing team step by step . Sales team is also technical and has suggest best way possible to develop software

Within 5 months i have got all software we needs . Customer can now feel more secured by purchasing our products and that has also helped us to reduce our cost of manpower and thereby increase overall ROI .
