BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the executive director of a wheelchair van rentals company. We have a membership-based program that provides wheelchair-accessible van rentals for 200 locations across the US.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Win?

We wanted to create an e-commerce platform for our site and generate brand awareness for it.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Win does web app development for us from scratch; the product is a booking system for our vans where users can request quotes, contact people, and chat with us — the page was migrated from another platform into WordPress. In addition to that, they’ve done digital marketing, including email, blogging, surveys, and social media, which also involves content development.

What is the team composition?

We’ve been working with Damon (CEO) and a couple of other members of their team.

How did you come to work with Win?

I used to work with one of them in a different company. When we needed these services, I brought them to the board because we all thought they were a good match for us.

How much have you invested in them?

We’ve spent around $100,000 with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’ve been instrumental in our leads increase, including the website traffic and click-through rates.

How did Win perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re great at staying on budget and meeting deadlines. They also provide constant updates when things are getting pushed back, so overall, I can say that project management goes very well.

Regarding tools, they use Asana, and we use email, phone calls, and Zoom monthly meetings to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They provide so many services for small organizations like us — we need many things, and Win can do all of them, differentiating them from other providers. Even when there’s something not within their capabilities, they always come back to us with a plan to make it happen.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They sometimes work faster than us, so we’re not always able to catch up to where they’re at, but that’s a great problem to have!

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be as equally as engaged as them and throw it all there. They’re incredible problem-solvers, so the more open you are with your business, the more you’ll get in return.
