I’m the owner of a health solutions company that provides telemedicine and regional medical equipment sales. 

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Wild Fox Consulting?

We wanted to position ourselves to generate more traffic to our site with SEO, in hopes of converting new clients for opportunities.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

In about a month, we did a complete overhaul of our WordPress website, forms, and processes our clients use when interacting with our company online. For the site revamp, they focused on the process site visitors go through when converting into customers on the site. They added information about our doctors on the site to give customers increased confidence in our program. 

Additionally, we set up an e-commerce division to process sales online. During that phase, we added some products for sales and set up campaigns to sell them on our digital platforms. The campaigns were targeted at our Facebook and Instagram accounts.  

They also helped us with a lead nurturing campaign involving MailChimp to encourage site visitors who didn’t convert naturally. The bulk of the development is done, but they still provide our hosting services.

I worked directly with Esteban (Owner & CEO), but there were likely others working behind the scenes.  

How did you come to work with Wild Fox Consulting?

They were recommended by someone else in this space. He spoke highly of their work and work ethic. I reached out to them based on that recommendation.  

How much have you invested with them?

We spent between $10,000–$14,000.  

What is the status of this engagement?

I worked with them in the past, but we reconnected for this project around August 2020.  The project ended in December 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The amount of traffic on our website has quadrupled since working with them. We’re seeing around 10,000 active new users every month on our site and are doing very little in ad spend to accomplish that. I’m very happy with the work.  

How did Wild Fox Consulting perform from a project management standpoint?

We kept in touch via email or WhatsApp. They’re very professional, delivering at the appropriate times.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re knowledgeable with access to a wide variety of tech tools. There are definitely more projects we want to take on with them in the future. While I haven’t worked extensively with other agencies, their organization was more skilled than others in accomplishing some of my goals.      

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything. I’m satisfied and will continue using their services. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Just know what you want from their team to accomplish your goals. I’d highly recommend them. They’re a knowledgeable team and did a great job on this project.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the COO for Crosslink Powder Coating. Crosslink specializes in batch powder coating process for primarily industrial customers.

For what projects/services did your company hire Wild Fox Consulting?

We had a poor web presence and zero lead generation coming from our web presence. We hired Wild Fox Consulting to improve both aspects of our business.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to improve our web presence and the number of leads we were getting from the web. We really did not know what our potential for lead were as this is not a common practice in our industry.

How did you select Wild Fox Consulting?

We selected Wild Fox Consulting, based on the people and the way the information was presented. We did not really believe the lead generation side of the equation at the time of the presentation, but it sounded really good and the leadership of the company spoke about it with confidence and passion.

Describe the project in detail.

We tasked Wild Fox with a complete site rebuild and lead generation platform.

What was the team composition?

There were 2 members from Wild Fox and 2 members from Crosslink that collaborated on every aspect of the project. The Wild Fox team had never worked with powder coating, but quickly came up to speed re: industry jargon.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website was much improved and we are continually working on it to stay at the top of the class in our area and industry. The lead generation has been super successful. We have a full time estimator now that handles incoming leads and we have put a very aggressive same day turn parameter for all leads.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Wild Fox completed some of the project on site and some remote, but it did not matter. Communication and feedback were strong in both formats. The workflow was a smaller scale project, so did not require any tools.

We managed the process iteratively, which is the method we prefer at Crosslink. Wild Fox was good at working within our desired project style.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Wild Fox led us down a path we had not been before and they did it with confidence. Lead generation is now a fundamental part of our growth strategy.

There are no areas for improvement at this time. We are very pleased.
