I’m the founder and CEO of ShareG Inc, a data bundle service that provides on-demand internet access.

What challenge were you trying to address with Wiinnova Software Labs?

We needed help with mobile app development. Our target audience is any budget-conscious internet user that wanted a way to buy small increments of data. We hired Wiinnova to create this app. 

What was the scope of their involvement?

We began by gathering the project requirements. Once Wiinnova understood the requirements, they began developing the mobile app to enable buying internet in data increments. 

They created the beta version and we launched it to the marketplace within two months. They added new features to the iOS and Android app. 

What is the team composition?

Our main point of contact was Nishant (Co-Founder). There were also two developers.

How did you come to work with Wiinnova Software Labs?

We were working out of the same co-working space which is how I came across one of the founders. Their pricing was quite reasonable compared to other options we had available.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent between $25,000–$50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from July 2016–November 2017. 

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We launched the app but not publicly. We’re still working with telecom partners to officially publicly launch it. Though there were some bugs and crashes with the final product, they resolved everything in a timely manner. 

How did Wiinnova Software Labs perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management was done well. They were responsive and on top of things. We communicated via Slack. I could also call them if there was something urgent.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their pricing was impressive, which was the most important factor for us. They were accommodating with the changing of requirements. Their resources were completely dedicated to this project, so it was like they were an extension of our team. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Due to the time zone difference, there were times where their developer wouldn’t be available to look at the issue right away. The sense of urgency was sometimes not as well handled as we would have liked, so that could be improved.

I am the Founder and CEO of SportsKPI. Its an Sports Analytics firms serving major professional sports teams with data analytics.

For what projects/services did your company hire Wiinnova Software Labs?

We were looking for an app development to track the injuries of the athletes and work on injury prediction. This would help us to track their recoveries and reduce injuries.

What were your goals for this project?

Easy of use of the application Professional UI for the Athletes to understand Quality reports generation

We had a reference for the vendor based on their previous work.

We started the discussion with their management and discussed on the objectives and goal of the project. They allocated an SPOC (Project manager) who would coordinate and take our requirements. The Designs were good and any necessary changes were accepted and delivered. We used bit of scrum methodology to track the project and each features were tested with us.

What was the team composition?

Project manager was allocation who understood our requirements and objectives. We did all coordination through him.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The app was launched and taken to the potential customers. They really liked the product and it was scaled to many locations. we were able to start monetizing within couple of month of launch

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had an constant communication with the project manager. The Designs were shared on email and we also tracked the project using the project management tool.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their customer service and speed of delivery were most impressive.

An increasing number of working parents and work pressure in India deprives them of focusing on their child’s needs. Health Express addresses these challenges. Being a pediatric healthcare service for schools and kindergartens, it facilitates early diagnosis and quality treatment of any underlying disorder that may affect a child’s ability to learn, grasp, and perform with utmost efficiency.

For what projects/services did your company hire Wiinnova Software Labs?

We hired Wiinnova Software Lab for Mobile Application and Web development.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals were to develop a mobile and web application for pediatricians so that they could gather digital biomarkers from the children. These digital biomarkers were essential to build the Machine Learning Framework to predict diseases like ADHD, Dyslexia etc.

How did you select this vendor?

We interviewed a number of vendors and finally decided that Wiinnova was a great fit because of a number of reasons. Nishant is a serial entrepreneur so he could provide us constructive feedback in terms of the design of the application. Moreover, the team was seasoned and experienced since they have delivered a number of projects earlier.

What was the team composition?

Nishant led the design and development of the application. There were 1 UIUX Designer, 2 Android Developers, and 1 QA Engineer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The mobile application and the web portal was used by roughly 50 top pediatricians. They onboarded roughly 10,000+ children using the application.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Working with the team was super easy. They were punctual and met the strict deadline. Moreover, communication was easy.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Like any top startups, they were well versed with latest technologies and project management tools. Product Development tools like Slack, JIRA and Pivotal Tracker was used from the very beginning. GitHub was used for hosting the code. Proper code review and UTA was performed.

We were looking for a flexible/dependable team to complete our mobile apps within a short span of time.

What were your goals for this project?

We need to get our mobile application ready within 25 days at an affordable cost

How did you select this vendor?

We tried couple of vendors before approaching Wiinnova. We were extremely cautious while selecting a new vendor because our hands were burnt before. We did proper due diligence and talked with Nishant before finalizing Wiinnova. Nishanth was very helpful in giving insights to our project and came up with a realistic deadline.

It was 2 developers, one tester, one PM.

We got the project delivered in 20 days and was properly tested. The cost he quoted was also justifiable with the production quality he promised.

Communication was easy and smooth, cutting edge Project management tools were used.

Their strength is in the planning followed by execution. This resulted in deliveries as promised.
