Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns.

Our project included finding key words and phrases and testing the speed of the website. The plan was to correct the issues. Include the keywords on the site and create back links.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

They assigned a project manager and he directed the others.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We did very well at the onset, but my marketing person at Tevelde made some critical mistakes that we are still working to correct.

They set goals and deliverables. We did a lot by email, but also had a team meeting bimonthly to look at the progress.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They had great knowledge and desire to improve my company by teaching our own people how to be successful.

We are just a small company and don’t have a budget to hire a marketing person.
