I'm the founder and senior technician of a construction company. We specialize in technical services for construction equipment.

Our company is a startup technical service. We hired WHP Consulting to implement all our business systems and HR. We needed to focus on clients but also needed a partner that is trustworthy and competent enough to build our business and HR systems from scratch and implement them.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

We searched a number of websites and set up a meeting with WHP Consulting. We liked their approach. They seemed to understand what our needs were and how they could help. We also needed a company that was business savvy and who could make everything as cost effective as possible while still deliver a high quality service. They ticked all the boxes.

We worked with Wayven Pienaar. She is the owner of the business and the consultant.

It helped us tremendously that we could focus on work and clients, while a trusted partner could take care of all the background work.

100% effective. Communication was clear, work was efficient, strategic and effective.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Nothing is too difficult or complex. The competence, their communication style and transparency.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We can't fault them on anything.

Assist with HR Outsourcing as we do not have an in-house specialist. We needed to draw up a employment contract.

We found the firms website and then did a one-to-one call with the representative - Wayven.

Assist with HR Outsourcing as we do not have an in-house specialist. We needed to draw up a employment contract. Wayven assisted us with a appropriate contract for our purposes and later refined the contract after negotiations with the prospective staff member. It was extremely professional and the final contract ticked all the boxes.

The contract was used to employ the resource and both the company and employee was happy with the outcome.

100% effective. Wayven immediately assisted when we asked questions and amended the contract as per our requirements, but within the confines of the employment act.

Their can-do attitude was impressive!

We will keep using them for all our HR requirements, but to date we cannot fault anything.
