To create brand awareness and credibility across UK businesses and deliver a set number of PR objectives and pieces of content creation/thought leadership to get Capacitas on the map. Content scope was 12 web blogs, 6 deep articles, 2 news hijacking comments, 1 case study. PR scope was to deliver a minimum of 10-15 pieces of coverage with 30% being Gold Tier coverage. Whiteoaks smashed all the targets and achieved 23 pieces of coverage - 153% of the original campaign target of 15 including National coverage in the Raconteur.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Whiteoaks smashed the targets we had agreed achieving an astonishing 153% of the original campaign target with 23 pieces of coverage against 15 - including national coverage in the Raconteur. This was only an initial PR engagement of 6 months which has now been extended for another 12 months.

You are given a dedicated account team and weekly meetings are scheduled from the word go. The Whiteoaks teams are proactive, dedicated and go out of their way to provide a 5 star PR service. They are super reactive and responsive to breaking news and in the IT world this is not just important - it is vital. They are 100% flexible and if you find that your objectives change, the scope with Whiteoaks can change accordingly. Set fees for set deliverables so it is a very transparent service. The Whiteoaks International team has become an extension of our own team, and they really do go out of their way to deliver.

Everything is transparent. You know exactly what you are paying for. The teams are very knowledgeable and focused on delivering results. They are pro-active in their approach and a great culture fit for Capacitas. They have played a key role in us achieving the brand awareness and credibility we were after.

The measurable outcomes are based on coverage achieved with Gold, Silver and Bronze publications. Also, on the key messages used within the articles. Targets are set at the beginning of each year.

Whiteoaks are a very responsive agency. As a team they help formulate ideas, create content and drive uptake of published articles. I would say 90% of the time projects are delivered within timescale but they always meet publication deadlines. The team as a whole are very helpful and will explore ideas and requests and come back to you with recommendations.

They have a talented team of copywriters that add variety and freshness to written articles. Also, there are no hidden charges. Every six months you commit to set amount of deliverables (which is flexible) which are executed no matter how long it takes. This makes it really easy to manage your budget.

We engaged Whiteoaks to help us to deliver an external PR campaign. Our business has never done this level of activity before, I have used Whiteoaks for the last 6 years, so starting a new role at a new company I knew they would be able to enhance our brand awareness and to gain us media exposure so that we could tell our story. Initially, we started with a 3-monthh campaign with a view to gaining a minimum of 5 pieces of coverage per press release.

They commit to the deliverables that are set, there a never any excuses from them. They just always deliver. I find no matter which business I move to and bring them on board they fit in seamlessly and take on board what our company is about and then grasp what we are trying to achieve very quickly.
