What we had was a full scale Google Ads and Shopping set up and managed by them which also included they wrote ad copy for our seasonal grocery deals, went after high intent keywords, and ran retargeting campaigns. In terms of what we got out of it – account and campaign setup, go at it with the keywords, ad content, we got weekly reports and continuous bid changes.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
They saw great results out of our collaboration, we had a large jump in daily orders for our seasonal boxes and first time customers. Also we had steady rise in site traffic from paid traffic sources and noticed that return visitors had a better engagement.

what we really liked about their project management was they did all this on time, sent over what we asked for, made fast changes according to our input, and they're very responsive during our busy times.
