Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the General Manager for the Vietnam Office of a business consulting company headquartered in Singapore. Our company has about 50 employees across South East Asia, among them 15 based in our Vietnam Office.

For what projects/services did your company hire What'zhat Agency?

Our company faced an urgent need to produce a comprehensive organization chart for the fast growing team in Vietnam.

The purpose of this production was to present a clear picture of the role of each team member, both internally (for Vietnam and other offices of the Group across the continent) and externally (for clients, business partners, call for tender, etc...)

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to launch an immediate communication internally about the development of our Vietnam team and operations, as well as include this material within the package shared externally for business development.

How did you select What'zhat Agency?

I am very lucky to count What'zhat founders as reliable friends within my local network at the time of the project. Hence I knew in advance they were people that could be fully trusted, especially in the context of a new professional project for them.

Although you can never really have a full guarantee on your future satisfaction when it comes to a creative project, I was fully confident that working with What'zhat team would be a successful experience in every scenario.

Describe the project in detail.

Once we agreed to start the project, we could feel Sophie was almost entirely available and dedicated to deliver quickly and above expectations.

We had a first face to face meeting to discuss about our idea in the most general way before the project was signed. We only had one other face to face meeting subsequently, where Sophie was able to take the lead and guide us through each and every coming steps in a real expert fashion.

From there they've been able to work on production at an impressive pace, allowing very efficient back and forth feedback with us at each milestone of the project, and delivering superb result a week before deadline.

What was the team composition?

I believe Sophie took most of the lead with both production management and client interaction. I understand she was assisted with one of her lead designer with whom she was able to work in perfect symbiosis. There was no need for us to interact with anyone other than Sophie, which made everything ultra comfortable on our side.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This was not exactly the kind of project allowing to measure quantitative results. However we still concretely are able to notice how valuable the product delivered has been to us after we've received dozens of sincerely impressive feedback from partners who received the content.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive feedback I can share based on this project is how Sophie could understand so clearly what we needed, right from our first discussion, and at that time even more clearly than what I could think of initially. The final result was better that anything I could have tried to imagine before the project started.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I think we could consider this project might have been too small and too easy for us to be able to spare any area of improvement. I believe there should be more room to identify some weaknesses when they tackle much bigger projects, which I'm sure they can handle very well anyway.

I am the CMO of a Cloud based company, partner of Amazon Wed Services (AWS) providing Cloud services in South East Asia.

What'zhat has played a major role in building our brand through the website design, branding, employee branding design, social media campaign design and everything about design and digital marketing in our company. It is on-going deep partnership.

I selected this vendor because of their founders and the team, very experienced and talented but also honest. hard-working and very human with great communication skills and support.

Our branding is unique in our market niche, we build something different and special which differentiate ourselves from the local market and competition

Easy to communicate and easy to access the team anytime needed for all emergencies too, human and interactive

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team is very talented, very creative, and capable of learning fast and understand our business/ industry which is very niche and specific in the BtoB segment, the team is able to be full part of our company as for all our marketing, branding and design activities, they are inside.

I am the Head of machine learning and artificial intelligence at Makezu SAS, a SaaS company providing tools to target customer through social medias

For what projects/services did your company hire What'zhat Agency?

What'zhat helped me build a graphic identity and modernize and embelished our static website.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals was to create a Makezu identity with our own colors and unique logos.

How did you select What'zhat Agency?

I already knew a business partner of the agency, and after reviewing their portfolio of previous work, i ran into collaborate with this smiling team.

Describe the project in detail.

Makezu was founded one year ago and as the project start to grow we needed a new and beautiful website in order to attract and keep new customer. Whatz'hat provides us skills in web development and in graphical design. The result is a magnificent blueprint of a modern website and a base of icons and unique logos. Every one matched our expectations.

What was the team composition?

I worked first closely with Lucas in order to set up the core of the project. He brings a very professional and sharped point of view helping us not being lost in the wide range of design production. After that we left the keys of the production to their engeneering team and the result was beyond expected in terms of quality and time.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We came up with very naive thought and no experience in growth hacking using smart and responsive web site. With the help of what'zhat team and their experience, we found a dynamic partner helping us ellaborate a website that is a key value in our business.

They were very conversational and responsive almost 24/7. What'zhat is a youg and dynamic company eaggered to find out what's best fit to your product. With us they did their best and collaborate intensly to understand our needs and ambitions.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The energy that they output was amazing. Small teams provides an energy that are impressive. Nice and chill team they really made you wanted to work deeper on project you're often treat last with nnt much ambition. Their experience provides shortcut in project management that allows us to spend more time on major problems.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I only wish for them to continue working as good as they did with us. And to conquer more market and contract in order to become a major company in web design, as their work really worth the shot.
