WFMA were brought on board to assist with increasing brand awareness through social media and relevant ad campaigns. We have already seen growth across all social media platforms, and the FB ad's have further enhanced our visibility as well as increased sales. It's early days but we are definitely on the right trajectory.

We searched online initially but WFMA were recommended by a friend who had used them previously. Their communication from the start has been exceptional and their experience came though when we began discussing the project.

They put together a comprehensive strategy, beginning with identifying our target market through competitor research and social media supporters. We then tested the audiences to find the ones that work best for our business. They also advised on website amendments to improve the customer journey as well as aesthetics.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

It's too early to gauge success and determine results as we are in the initial testing phase. Looks good so far though.

They are a 1 stop shop for all things digital so their experience is broad. Also, the hand on nature of the Founder, Raminta.

Nothing I can think of. I'm very happy with the way things are going.

For what projects/services did your company hire WFMA agency?

We initially hired WFMA for a web rebuild, which later expanded into a rebrand. We have been so impressed with results that we will again use WFMA to intergrate our proprietary reporting systems and CRM into our site.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was specifically looking for expertise in digital marketing / ecommerce optimisatiion and favoured a practice that was multi-disciplinary. Branding expertise was a prerequisite. Having demonstrated their expertise, we ulitmately selected WMFA for their no-nonsense approach and candour.

In short, their pitch and guidance gave us confidence to leave them to lead us by the hand through the entire process.

This started as a three-part project. WFMA first mocked up a new website template allowing dialogue / feedback as to UX; our feedback to their designers then lead to the final site layout. Stage-two graphic design and rebrand. Stage-three was the adaption of WMFA's advice in relation to improve our document storage delivery. Stage-four will begin shortly, linking the new site to a white-labelled analytics system and our CRM.

Webdesign / Branding / Graphics. Individual contact provided for each. Typically same day responses provided to feedback, and when this wasn't possible, we were provided with clear timelines for anticipated responses.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The new site is currently intended solely for our provision of client documentation/research, and as such we currently have little reason to measure external traffic. That said, the new site has been well received by our clients - documents are easily accessed - and the branding, whilst a huge improvement on previous versions is none the less faithfull to heritage.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We were super impressed with the process and dialogue. We had individual points of contact for each department, with access / feedback from their MD. Timelines were kept and budget adhered to.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

From start to finish, we were effectively led by WFMA agency, while still having our feedback taken on board.  Through this colegial approach we got a better product that we had envisgaged and felt more valued as clients. We will now continue to use WMFA for stage four of our project, which involves the intergration of an automated algorithmic solution to MIFID ii reporting requirements.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really... great job WFMA!

The email campaigns were very successful. We had an average 56% open rate. Average CTR 9.45%, ROI in the first three months 38.

Everything was perfect. We had online calls to go through the tasks and we had an online workspace for easy communications and commenting.

WFMA helped to form a Brand Strategy, Identity, and Guidelines for my start-up accessory brand. The process started with interviews and workshops and was followed by in-depth market, audience, and competitor research and then the development of brand guidelines. With multiple check-ins throughout the process, WFMA collaborated closely with my team to understand our brand roots and provide aligned concept and image design.

We worked directly with the brand designer and art director/copywriter.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The business hasn't launched yet, but the in-depth brand research and strategy have helped to better understand the market, and audience and strategize the next steps in the brand development process. While cohesive and detailed brand book ensures that everyone working with us is aligned on the brand vision, communication tone, and the direction we're going.

We had weekly and bi-weekly calls with their team to discuss the progress. In between the calls, the communication was happening via email. We always felt very looked after. It was clear that they wanted to hear our ideas and feedback about their proposals.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their interest in our market was astonishing. Their research showed us spots we didn't find ourselves. WFMA seemed genuinely interested in our product, they understood the problem we were solving, it somehow felt personal to both ends. Therefore the collaboration and the results were unique - as if the team was working to help themselves by creating this brand.

Not that I recall now. We have recommended WFMA agency to everyone who came our way and we will continue doing so.
