Solution
As a result we came up with a solution that includes two apps for IOS and Android users, backend, as well as an app for the quick response team tablet.

Users got an app that is able to:
1) Display quick response teams on a map and designate the nearest one for the troubling event
2) Display a real-time location of the user in trouble
3) Work as background task
4) Send alarm signal coordinates to the security provider's receiver

There are also several modifications:
1) Functionality for cash transit van
2) Callback ordering function when the time is over
3) SAAS version concept
4) Extended edition concept with a number of further iterations including cooperation with the ambulance service and lawyer, a version for a private military company, alarm mailing for a predetermined group of people, online video streaming 

Result
The app has already gained popularity among private security providers.

Solution
We pivoted the implemented technologies and switched to WebRTC protocol that allowed to eliminate a 4-second deley and change video quality during streaming.
Buying ready solutions suited neither us nor ULC, so we coded the players from the ground up in accordance with the server requirements.
As a result, the project has been 100% carried out and already launched.

The launch of a unique project for simultaneous broadcasting of two streams on the smartphonescreens with the possibility of switching between portrain and landscape and landscape screen orientations without losing connection

After signing the contract and payment deadlines, a work plan was developed. After each stage, conference colos were held with a representative of Wezom, who presented each stage and answered questions if they appeared. If there were comments, edits were made and moved to a new stage.

What was the team composition?

A manager was assigned to us, through whom all communications were conducted. At the initial stage, the designer was present at the meeting, who presented the general concept and design of the site. Programmers and testers joined in the final discussion.
