Previously, we primarily relied on the distribution channel for sales, but we realized that we were missing out on reaching end users. Since we depended on others to sell our product, we recognized that in a retail environment, there was no incentive for employees to promote our product. 

Upon observing other sellers on Amazon offering our product with subpar pictures and content, we realized that it was detrimental to our brand image. We desired to take control of the content and present ourselves in a more favorable light. Additionally, considering that many consumers turn to Amazon as their first choice for shopping, we were concerned about the potential sales we were losing by not being present on the platform.

They helped us have a successful holiday season last year, and now our wholesale and subscription programs are also growing as we planned. Plus, our social media ads are doing well - we're making over twice as much money as we spend on them. Westmetric made some cool posts for us so we can focus on making yummy bagels.

We hired westmetric to fix our site, do our SEO and manage our google facebook and instagram ads. They did two audits of our site for SEO optimization and one for ecommerce ease of use. They developed our email CRM and integrated it with the site as they did the dev work. They also integrated the tracking for facebook and google into our site.

Our website traffic increased by 156% our in-person bookings increased by 72% in a month Westmetric helped us increase our revenue from ecommerce goods sales with the facebook ads and instagram ads. Our website can now handle more traffic and we get people who search for things naturally visiting the site.

Kanniard and Jay started really fast, they started fixing the site the same day we gave them access. They shared a "Fast Start" plan that outlined day one through day thirty that covered what they were working on & what they needed in advance of that. We had questions over the course of the month on their dashboard (how to find things) and they were super helpful. Everyone at westmetric is really nice and actually works hard to get stuff done.

The thing I loved about westmetric was that they were cool regular people who are passionate about their work. I've worked with other agencies in the past and WestMetric actually delivered what we thought they would. They always take the time to explain each aspect of the project and slowly walk through the facebook ad account so everyone on my team knew exactly what was going on.

I wish we had more time to review their dashboard at the beginning because there was so much information we didn't know about until we asked. Once we got that covered I was in awe of everything they were able to do for us so quickly.
