I am blown away by the knowledge and strategic insight the WeScale team has brought to our project. Weekly we collaborated on what we learned, what was working, and what opportunities we had. The huge benefit of working with WeScale is that we had access to their team of top-notch digital marketers, something that I couldn't match internally without more than doubling our headcount. I felt like WeScale cared about the success of our company as if it were their own.

We engaged WeScale as an all-purpose marketing partner for our SaaS product. Our main goals were to set an overall marketing strategy, plus increasing traffic + conversions through a mix of pay-per-click & organic marketing strategies.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We increased sign ups by around 60%. WeScale devised and set up an event dashboard to more accurately track key events across the website and app, enabling us to make more data-driven decisions. UX/UI changes informed by WeScale feedback and strategy received positive feedback from customers. Affiliate program was established. A new automated email marketing flow was established. Everything they did was of high quality and had demonstrable impacts on our business.

Project management was exemplary, and consisted of a weekly online meeting, Notion + Miro for collaborating on work items, and slack for any ad hoc communication. We worked on a weekly cycle, they actively maintained our cadence, and work was always delivered on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team was all purpose, and when we had additional marketing needs pop-up that were outside of our original scope, they had resources and the knowledge to assist. They were always data-driven, which supported us to make better decisions organisationally. They immediately understood our product (not always a given) and were so able to suggest ways to improve the entire funnel, as well as look and feel. We loved working with them!

I'm the Growth Marketing Manager at Judo - an app design platform loved by designers and product teams worldwide.

We were looking to make the platform known in the US, Canada, and Europe. Since we started as a small team of two, we didn't have enough resources to cover every marketing need. We turned to WeScale to do PPC advertising to lay the foundation for demand generation.

After beginning with extensive market research, they developed a project roadmap, then planned and executed advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Reddit and LinkedIn based on their findings. The team would take care of everything from ad copy to landing page design and coordinate the final result with our team, then share weekly performance reports with us.

I've worked closely with the founder, who leads most of the projects, but we also had a chance to meet the team.

We've seen a great increase in downloads since the beginning of the project. Many of our current users came from advertising campaigns launched by the vendor, and we are pleased with the marketing growth we were able to reach with their help.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have weekly meetings to go over progress and brainstorm the next steps. We communicated over slack daily and received regular updates. The team was fast in optimizing the campaigns according to our feedback.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team definitely knows their toolset well. From Google Analytics to Google Tag Manager - they knew exactly how to make things work for our needs.

We'd like the team to react faster to the budget-sensitive request.

WeScale helped us with our PPC channels and different tasks related to copywriting. They started with implementing the right conversion tracking, where they did a great job. Next to ads, they also did great suggestions for improving landing pages, copy, etc. Always very pro-active.

WeScale team was very professional, punctual and sometimes they would go above and beyond to make sure we have all we need for unexpected projects that used to come up time to time.

Not necessarily an issue - but I believe WeScale team could improve their reports by highlighting the high priority results and spending less time on lower priority items. In any case - I personally believe its always better to over-communicate than under-communicate.
