We are the co-founders of an online ethical marketplace called AUBE, selling sustainable fashion, beauty and lifestyle.

After providing WeCodePlus with our designs for the site, they worked with us to build the site out and ensure the functionality of the e-commerce set up was smooth. We had a working spreadsheet that we fed back on and had frequent meetings to ensure that we were all on the same page.

What was the team composition?

Myself and my co-founder oversaw the design of the site and helped to upload products and tweak little design elements. Ahmed worked predominantly on the functionality of the site, including the e-commerce set up and payment methods, whilst Richard's focus was on the implementation of our initial designs.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

It has allowed us to get up and running with a working site, that we have had many, many compliments on. So far, we have not had any negative feedback on either the design or the functionality, which is great!

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We used online Google Sheets to update progress and feedback in real-time. This allowed us to stay up-to-date.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were able to meet our needs by the deadlines given. They had a high and professional standard.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We think that perhaps a tool such as Asana or Slack would be useful for giving feedback as an alternative to a Google Sheets page.

A Lead Generation Website.

For what projects/services did your company hire WeCodePlus?

We Code Plus coded the entire website from scratch. Considering it is a lead generation website it required multiple web links and pages as well as a fast and responsive website for both customers as well as clients.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to have a professional website to be ready within 3 months.

I connected to them online while researching for a suitable web developer team.

They designed and managed both the back end as well as the front end of the website all from scratch well within the deadline.

What was the team composition?

We were assigned with a team of three people with one person giving us an update every two days regarding the website. There was never an issue trying to get through to them.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The Website launched in time and has received brilliant feedback. They designed the website 3 times for us in total for our liking, each time improving it more and more for the purpose of our business.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

I was very impressed with the project management. We were updated regularly with the updates on the website. All deadlines were met, and no work felt rushed.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their time management as well as vendoring to us regularly to keep us in the loop regarding what work is being done and what is left to be done in time for our set deadlines.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The project was handled very well. Very hard to say what needs to be improved other than to just keep working at the same work ethic they currently have.
