I'm the co-founder and CEO of Neeman's, an e-commerce company. We design comfortable and stylish shoes made from natural materials like Australian merino wool. We focus on sustainability and eco-friendly practices to provide footwear that looks good, feels good, and is good for the planet.

What challenge were you trying to address with Webzon?

We needed to enhance our digital presence by developing scalable, high-performance web solutions aligned with our brand's growth goals. The objective was to improve the user experience, optimize performance, and support seamless e-commerce operations through modern technology.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Webzon handled web development, UI/UX improvements, and performance optimization to build a fast and scalable digital platform for us. The main deliverables included responsive design, backend integration, and overall e-commerce experience enhancement. Specifically, they delivered responsive UI, faster page performance, a secure checkout flow, product listing and filtering, backend/API integration, and mobile-friendly e-commerce features to improve the overall shopping experience.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Webzon's project improved our website speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience, leading to smoother browsing and better engagement. It also helped streamline e-commerce performance with faster load times and more efficient product navigation. Specifically, our page load time dropped to under two seconds, improving user engagement, reducing the bounce rate, and increasing overall e-commerce conversions. Our conversions improved by around 15–20%, while our bounce rate decreased by approximately 10–15%.
