Please describe your company and your position there.

My name is Aleksandr Sharapov, the Pastor at Light of Life Ministry of Los Angeles. We provide church services and other activities for the ones in need.

For what projects/services did your company hire WebWorks Agency?

We hired webworks to completely revamp and replace our existing outdated site. Old site was based on ancient technology and could not provide us with proper functionality and management.

What were your goals for this project?

To design a super clean visual website for our Church with seamless navigation. We needed a management system to modify the new site with ease. Also broadcast functionality to stream live since most services were closed due to Covid pandemic.

We’ve done an extensive online search and found few agencies in mind. Webworks has an amazing site with beautiful portfolio. But after we spoke and obtained various proposals webworks we not only the most reasonable but their technical expertise was just above the limit. We were guided during the entire process and lots of technical tricks. Amazing team!

Webworks started in developing website core, design elements and layout. They have established our new brand identity including logo. They have done and provided us with detailed reports on competition. Then we reviewed working site mockup and made few minor tuneups. webworks have done them in a snap. Webworks performed amazing SEO optimizations as well. They helped alot with copyright and custom copy for the site as well. Superb work.

What was the team composition?

Mr Oleg was our project manager and was responsive around the clock until project completion. Amazing job. We also collaborated with webworks design team and a developer throughout the project. Once again awesome team. god bless you Webworks

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Even when we received an initial concept we were beyond impressed with quality and responsiveness of the site. We have never seen nor expected anything even close. Superb. We were able to rank on top organic and local positions within less than a month!!! Unbelievable! The live stream is also working flawlessly.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Impeccable! Oleg and his team were on top of things regardless of time of day, weekends, holidays. They were always there for us. Even our staff could not keep up with them. God Bless.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were impressed with absolutely everything about them, from A to Z. Professionalism, timeframe, responsiveness, quality, and of course the cost with was a fraction of other proposals we have received. Highly recommend.

I’m the CEO of Raven Fire Protection, Inc. We’re a fire protection and sprinkler systems service and installation company. We work on residential/commercial jobs and government contracts.

We'd never had an online presence before, so most of our jobs stemmed from referrals or government bids. We needed to establish a brand, a web presence, a social media presence, and digital marketing efforts.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to create a digital presence for our company that described our areas of expertise and ranked on Google.

How did you select this vendor?

I reached out to several top agencies on Google and either didn’t hear back or received a quote that was much higher than I wanted. When I talked to WebWorks, I spoke to a developer who clearly communicated the technical aspects of project and was very polite. WebWorks was also listed as a top agency on Clutch. Their price was a fraction of what other agencies had quoted me, so I decided to give them a try.

I didn’t have a planned structure for the site, but after an extensive phone call they said they would take care of everything including my brand identity, logo, design, content, and market research. After two weeks, they presented me with an almost fully functional site and multiple logo ideas. We concluded the project after fine-tuning a few things.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I love the layout of the site, the logo they designed, and the content they created. The whole package describes our services perfectly. It seems like they knew our industry quite well. Our site ranks in the top three on Google and excels in local searches. It’s difficult to express in words how grateful we are.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had extensive phone calls with their team to help them understand who we are and what we do. Then, we had prompt email discussions throughout the rest of the project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their pricing for both design and marketing was incredibly reasonable. Additionally, they excelled at explaining technical concepts in an easy to understand way. They delivered quickly and produced great results.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I didn’t see any. I wish every business was as professional and effective as WebWorks was.

The previous company took forever and produced little results. WebWorks Agency managed to deliver a fully-functional, brand-new website in less than three months. They also improved its responsiveness and created a few custom modules.
