What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The app originally started with one vegetable, and now has nine, with a tenth coming soon. The market continues to ask for more, so it continues to grow. The feedback from our customers is very positive. Since it’s a tool for our customers, the main goal is to help them in the field rather than score a ton of downloads.
How did Webuildapps perform from a project management standpoint?
They do very well. I can trust that they’ll do what they say they will. Communication with them is informal; they’re close. We use Skype with video mainly, with occasional phone calls.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They have a young, talented department of developers. I think it's impressive that we have continued to work together so well for so many years. They do their part, and we do ours, watching the market and working as a team. They do really well at keeping us updated.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t know of anything they could have improved.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Communication is key. As long as there is open communication, there shouldn’t be a problem working together.
