We’ve been working together since September 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Since we started working with WebSpero, we’ve been tracking the KPIs we’re targeting, and we’ve seen positive numbers so far. WebSpero’s content writers are very hardworking, and they’re always developing creative blog articles.

How did WebSpero Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

WebSpero is very responsive, quick, and handy, which makes them feel like a remote team member. They’ve integrated very well into our communication channels, so whenever we message them, they’re always available and respond within 15 minutes.

We usually have fortnightly meetings with them to review their written work before they publish it or get their input on keywords. Additionally, they provide us with fortnightly reports, which we review and request changes if needed. We use RingCentral for our collaboration.

WebSpero’s work and experience in the industry are impressive. Overall, we have a good working relationship.

Are there any areas they could improve?

WebSpero has nothing to improve in the way they work. Of course, the outcomes of the project can always be improved, but we’re working together to improve those results; it’s an ongoing process.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Know what you’re looking for. As long as you understand what you want to achieve, WebSpero will help you out. They know a lot about digital marketing and SEO, but you’re the one who knows best about your business.

We're an online blog with a vision to democratize the content where everyone can find relevant information in easy to understand language and anyone can contribute their thoughts. We also curate content from the best sources around the web to give users a single place to consume all the roadworthy content.

We were new in the space and had no idea of how to set up the website and also how to make it easy for our team to curate content. We hired Webspero Tech to provide end to end solution and support service for our platform.

We spoke to different vendors and they gave us the shortest timeline to launch and we were really looking for someone who can do it quickly.

Scope included:

1. Wireframing

4. Setting up a tool to curate content from top sources
5. Setting up logs for admins to know how are contributors performing.

We worked with 3 different people at different stages of the project. We were assigned a designer who did the wireframes and layouts, then a developer who understood our needs and coded everything for us and did the testing and a project manager who made sure everything happened smoothly.

We went live in 3 weeks and then we kept on building backend systems.

They are very methodological, they created a clear scope of work, gave us clear timelines and were always open for our suggestions. They were very active, were able to visualize everything and explain us everything from time to time.

They were quick and delivered in less than half of the time proposed to us by other agencies.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think we should have involved a marketing person while doing the changes, or if they could have suggested that while we were making the changes.

We had an initial discovery call to identify the project’s goals and what we wanted to accomplish. Once they had an understanding of what we wanted to do, we were comfortable moving forward with them. They even provided information about our competitors and came back with an initial keyword list, which we filtered down through.

Their work is now focused on helping us increase our rankings on Google, specifically enabling our keywords to be included in Google's top search results. To do that, they identify the keywords that we approach organically.

Whenever I send them an email or a message, they respond in a timely manner. We communicate through Upwork or email, but we don’t use any project management tools.

Their ability to come up with a strategy that allows us to meet our agendas has been impressive.

No. I’m comfortable with where we are right now.

Webspero were adaptable and constantly updated their backend to achieve the end result. Reports were weekly and easily understood.

Very effective. They assisted where possible to direct our team to enable them to get access and were patient in regards to all of our security processes.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The instant response rate and how they change campaigns when there are no physical results are outstanding.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Perhaps giving more insight in the reports given. For someone who isn't as well versed with google analytics, it would be great to get the 'so what' factor from them.

We needed someone to help us with SEO optimization. Our previous SEO presence was pretty strong, but a few algorithms changed as time went on, and we found out that we were losing our position in the rankings.

What was the scope of their involvement?

WebSpero mainly focuses on selling through the website, and optimizing it for SEO and link-building purposes. They also write articles and do guest postings on behalf of our website. In addition, they make suggestions and optimize the content that’s already on the website.

What is the team composition?

I just deal with one person, but I think he has a team that he works with.

How did you come to work with WebSpero Solutions?

I found them through Upwork and I liked their reviews, and how soft they were in their response. After a couple of months of working with WebSpero, I was impressed with what I saw in the turnaround in my organic search results.

So far, we’ve invested somewhere between $12,000–$15,000 AUD (approximately $9,300–$11,600 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

Our partnership started in May 2019, and it’s still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The partnership has definitely been positive. My organic Google ranking for many of the keywords we implemented has increased significantly — I believe I’m in the top 3–5 for 10 organic keyword search results in several countries, since my courses are offered worldwide. Apart from that, my visibility score has gone up significantly, and it’s often at 100%.

How did WebSpero Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

We don’t really have any project deadlines or anything like that, but the communication has been amazing. I communicate with my main point of contact via email, and his response time is phenomenal. He always gets back to me and goes above and beyond everything I ask. 

My business is online and I often encounter issues that I can’t work out myself. What I’ll do is just send them a quick email, and he and his team will sort it out for me right away — even though it’s outside of the scope of what they were hired for.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their area of strength is definitely in communication and results. I previously worked with another SEO agency for six months prior to working with WebSpero, and they just didn’t get the results that I wanted. Within two months of working with WebSpero, I had already achieved the results that I wanted and I've seen a massive turnaround.

Are there any areas they could improve?

When I first attempted to have them do content creation, I found that their level of English proficiency wasn’t up to par with that of a native English speaker. There were a few minor grammatical errors and things that a native English-speaking person wouldn’t have made.

However, it’s very minor, and I didn’t hire them to write content, I hired them to improve our SEO — and from that perspective, there’s nothing I can criticize them for.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would absolutely recommend WebSpero without any hesitation. The pricing is fair for what they offer, and their service is fantastic.

Webspero's SEO contributions to our Insurance Brokerage have been phenomenal. Their weekly work has spanned anywhere from linkbuilding & guest-posting, to website optimisation/technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, Google Posting, competitor analysis and ANY type of website issue I may encounter on a weekly basis. I could have a question, an error, an idea - whatever it may be, I could throw it over to the awesome team at Webspero and they would either resolve the issue for me or help me implement the change I needed :) They're a really good all-round team to have by side and will go above and beyond for you!

I have always worked directly with Garry, but know I have him and an entire team to thank for all of the efforts and results we've posted to date.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After almost a year of working together, I can report improvements across the board for our KPI's on both of our websites. All our target keyword rankings have gone up since we started working together, many of which are in the top 1-7 range, traffic has improved, site issues have been resolved, site speed is faster, our Domain authority score has almost doubled. They have really done an extraordinary job overall :) I have also just hired Webspero Solutions to help me with my own business and clients, and look forward to the progress we can make together as a team.

Awesome! We use Trello for our workflow and if there is anything we can't communicate on the boards, a quick Skype call will have us flowing like a dream team again in no time,

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Communication and commitment to satisfaction. Unlike so many other SEO service providers, Webspero really cares and they care about producing results that are going to make you happy. If something is wrong they'll go above and beyond to correct the mistake. They are just really wonderful to work with and beautiful people.

Occasionally an item on Trello may be overlooked or missed/some tasks can occasionally take longer than desired to be actioned but overall they are really an incredible team of people to work with and I'm grateful that these guys ares still an integral part of our marketing team and strategy to date.
