On-page optimisations such as enhancements of meta tags, titles, headings, image improvements, better and more linked contents etc. Off-page optimisations include content posting, link building, data submission to other sites, domain trust score building and other relevant things.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We started this project a month or so ago only and till now they are working on the on-page optimisations of the the website and a few off-page activities. Seems it would take little more time to see the traffic improvements due to this SEO project.

WebSpero share the activities and its plan and they are proactive in sharing the status report at end of month.

They are proactive in sharing the status and are executing the project activities as per plan. Their content team also looks knowledgable and are able to write decent content for financial domain.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Seems everything is going as per plan right now but would be able to say more after a month or so time once we analyse the traffic improvements after this project.

WebSpero Solutions works on our SEO and does our PPC for Google Ads. We’ve run some Facebook campaigns for branding purposes, to keep the conversations going, build audiences, and get the data they need to use on Google Ads. They’ve also revamped our website and created dashboards where we could see the data. Additionally, they created banners for the ads and the website for a short time.

We have a main point of contact. In total, we work with four of their team members, including someone for SEO and someone for PPC. In the initial stages, a strategist sat with us and helped us with the plan. Also, a designer was involved for a short time.

When we started working with them, we worked with a single clinic. We now have another clinic. We’re expanding ourselves because we’re getting a good response.

In general, everything has been great. We didn’t have a good presence online when we started, but now we’re ranking in the top positions for the local map and Google searches for many keywords. In fact, we’re in the top three for many queries. We’re targeting 40–50 keywords, and 30–35 of them are in the top five positions. Currently, we’re targeting the new location to generate more organic traffic.

They meet deadlines and stay on budget. We have regular conversations, and they provide reports. Moreover, they’re very honest — they’re upfront if something will take longer.

They use Basecamp for project management.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re honest. Sometimes we ask for something, and they explain why it would take longer than expected. They communicate excellently.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They mainly focus on the US market. Since there are few Indian clients, they had to adjust to working with us.

Ask as many questions as you can. If you don’t understand something, just ask the team.

1. The research was good, they predicted how much traffic and probable sales we can achieve, what can be the roadblocks and what should be the plan of action.

3. They optimized the listings and now sales have started to flow.

Workflow was very effective , they shared with us in initial call, what all they needed from us, and then they gave us regular updates and then presented us all their findings and helped us with further planning

They took the pain to listen to us and also they patiently went through all the previous email threads of the previous freelancer so that they could save my time. This was really impressive. They really tried to make it easy for me.

We are still working with them on new things, so far it has been really good.

We just launched our site and sales have started to come in, we are really happy.

They are really flexible, right from direct phone calls to slack,G-meet,Zoom. They are available everywhere. Also they use project management tools as well. We were comfortable with Trello so they used trello with us but I think internally they are using Asana and Jira as well.

Their approach to the requirements I had. They understood exactly what I was looking for and delivered it on time.

We have seen 20% increase in the keyword rankings, and have started to rank on the top page for our major selected keywords. Our website's health score is 90+ and our content is being mentioned in leading websites as well.

Weekly calls set clear objectives and constant iterations to improve. Tracked the performance and progress of the channel consistently We were also informed about the challenges actions taken, and the growth numbers week on week.

The agency faced ambiguities and challenges with an opportunity mindset. They invested on our project their resources and expertise to provide solutions. They have gone beyond the defined scope and supported fixing the concerns and to reach desired results.

WebSpero provided a 12-month plan, and they created quarterly targets. I know that app development keywords are very competitive, but surprisingly, they hit their goals. I also receive new leads because of our Google Ads campaign. I feel they have done an excellent job. 

How did WebSpero Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

WebSpero’s project management is outstanding. They log everything on Basecamp and I can see what they’re doing — we have full transparency. Since they’re a local agency, I have their contact number, and I can call them whenever I have an urgent concern. We communicate using phone calls, Whatsapp, and Skype.

Their strategic planning, quarterly milestones, and periodic performance review set them apart. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Some of their executives are not proficient in English, and they can improve on that. I can understand their problem because I face the same issue with my team. I have given them that feedback, and they’re working on it. Temporarily, their project manager checks all communication first before they send it on Basecamp.

Their process is very clear — they’ll give you a six- or 12-month plan. At the start, they told me it would take 12 months before I rank high on Google because of my industry’s niche. Setting that milestone helped make them accountable.
