I'm the CEO of Alpha Telecom. We specialize in innovating telecommunications services and solutions.

What challenge were you trying to address with Webskitters?
We engaged with Webskitters to develop custom applications to streamline and integrate our telecommunications services into our billing and accounting system.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Webskitters allowed us to create and deliver a billing application from scratch. They also allowed our field technicians to record service installations and sell details in mobile solutions. They designed and developed everything for me using PHP, Java, and Node.js. The app is functional on both iOS and Android.

I always spoke only to the CEO.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
There was automation in matching and inputting invoices and credits into the department's accounting system. The mobile app did great for me, and I really appreciated it. Before we started the project, I faced many issues. Right now, I am only facing a few little issues. Many people don’t yet know how to use the mobile app, but 80% of people are now giving me five stars.
How did Webskitters perform from a project management standpoint?
As usual, I reviewed Webskitters’ reviews, and they always delivered before the deadline. I really liked that. They used GitHub for project management. For the first time, I communicated with the CEO using Gmail and WhatsApp.
