Introduce your business and what you do there.
My business is Les is More Coaching LLC. I’m an independent integrity business coach. I deal with communication, relationships, and integrity in business.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Bob The Website Builder?
I needed someone to build my website.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They developed my website. I had a preexisting website but we ended up shutting that one down. We took some of the ideas and kept refining them. They also manage my SEO and provide a monthly report.
From the beginning they worked with me to outline my goals and values. They used this information to create a website that demonstrates the mission of the coaching business.
What is the team composition?
I worked with Robert (Co-Owner).
How did you come to work with Bob The Website Builder?
Robert is in a business networking group and was at a bagel shop. I saw him talking to somebody that I knew and that person introduced us. I followed up and talked to him about doing business with him.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent under $10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in August 2019, and the work is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
My website has become a great asset for sharing testimonials, and accessing my YouTube and calendar. It’s been invaluable for me. My metrics are from people I share my website with that I’m getting to know or that I’ve been networking with. I always tend to ask people if they like the website. I recently had someone look up the word “integrity” and the term “business coach” as a search in Minnesota and I was in the top 5 that showed up.
A client said our work was exactly what he needed. He said that my website didn’t load slowly. It was to the point. There were a lot of buzz things that he picked up and said he enjoyed seeing on my website.
How did Bob The Website Builder perform from a project management standpoint?
The monthly reporting I get from them is awesome. Their communication is excellent. If we ever have issues, they’re fixed within 1-2 hours. They’re also very responsive.
What did you find most impressive about them?
What I love about them is that they’re super meticulous. I love that because of the detail and interest that Robert has in doing the best job for what I want. To me, strong ethics and morals are very important to me when working with another business entrepreneur.
I went on a hunt looking for a website designer/developer that had the qualities that Robert had and was not able to find. I kept finding people that had hidden costs, were super expensive, had traps where when you build the website, they own it and when you want to leave them, there’s a fee. There were all these clauses. When I found Robert, he was completely upfront that you own your website.
Are there any areas they could improve?
He could get out there and tell more people.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be straightforward and transparent. Don’t mince words. He wants you to be 100% satisfied.
