Holiday Scheduling: At times, progress slowed during extended holidays, which slightly delayed a few discussions and minor deliverables. Clearer communication about timelines during such breaks would help.
Minor Common Touch-Ups: A few small UI refinements and content adjustments needed extra iterations, though they were eventually resolved quickly.
These were minor issues and didn’t affect the overall quality or timely delivery of the project.
