This application will be a real-time meeting management system. Real-time, in the sense that, whenever a new meeting or any change is made by the admin on the dashboard without any delay the changes will be reflected in the app.
The app was first used because of the inconvenience of finding the emailed or printed list, also many changes during the month making printed or emailed lists obsolete; which are hard to read, confusing and not readily accessible to streamline the work those involved in our state-wide Interchange Arrangements.

For what projects/services did your company hire WEBO Digital, and what were your goals?
After completing a major company rebrand in 2016 we had a basic website done as a MVP however needed to further develop out our brand into its sub-brands of which each would need its own website. In addition to this in November 2016 we signed up to Hubspot which is the platform on which our websites were to be built. We need to retain our current web-traffic and leads while increasing our digital footprint into adjacent markets that we serve.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We knew we had to find a team that was passionate about Hubspot and how it worked. We also needed to engage a team that was good at collaborating to truly understand our strategic goals. And lastly we needed a team that was to be exceptional communicators to keep the project moving and all things transparent. The Webo team ticked all these boxes.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
Firstly we had a strategy session where all things on our website wish lists were accounted for. Then we ran through a rigorous design process to ensure we had a design that was fresh and modern while being simple and most of all helpful for our customers to use. Then from there it was game on with the project carried out in sprints for each section agreed upon.
Within each sprint we had regular meetings keeping us all on track and ensuring every milestone was hit. Then before launch we had some solid rounds of quality checking by Webo's team ensuring that all that we had planned for was accounted for and working correctly - ready for launch.

Jerry was the main point of contact. In his team he utilized his designers and developers that specialised in Hubspot CMS.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
After launching our new sites this allowed us to break into new markets and secure mining and commercial projects that clients didn't know that we could do previously. Having these new sub-brand sites live have been crucial to the continued growth of this company.

The Webo team were always accessible through their teamwork software for project management. Our queries and questions were always attended to quickly always giving us confidence that they were not letting anything slip through the cracks.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their ability to understand and support our business strategy while bringing their creative smarts and their Hubspot web development talent to provide value where we would have struggled to get momentum. I'm the business manager of a childcare management company.
What challenge were you trying to address with WEBO Digital?
We'd been using a different software company and needed to switch vendors because of their incompetence.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We started designing a software system for childcare services with our previous vendor, and since we switched over, WEBO Digital has continued to build it, provide support for our clients, and complete upgrades on it. It is a web-based software that was done from scratch. We provided nothing, other than telling them what I could picture in my head.
The solution functions by asking childcare services a series of questions, and based on those answers, they're provided with the documentation required for the government to submit their mandatory reporting. It makes it really easy rather than having to sit and write the reports themselves.
WEBO Digital was also in charge of the UI/UX of the application. We have a portal (an aspect of another childcare software we have), and then they are also managing an entire admin dashboard and a hub. The final item is the top-level that binds all of our software together and provides a single login.
What is the team composition?
I mainly deal with 4–5 people including Julian (Founder), the lead developer, our main support person, and one of the other developers. There are other people that have worked on it as well.
How did you come to work with WEBO Digital?
I found them on Google and liked Julian, as he was honest and real.
How much have you invested in them?
We've spent about $50,000 AUD (approximately $36,000 USD), and there is more in the pipeline.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them about six months ago, and we are still engaged with them.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The software is one of our main sources of income and if it isn’t working properly, then we have problems. We just did a major upgrade and obviously, bugs and crashes came with that, but they had their team on hand when they did the actual switch over for the upgrade, and as things came up, they fixed them pretty quickly. They have been amazing.
How did WEBO Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
WEBO Digital's support team usually responds to requests within an hour or two. They keep us updated and do what they say they are going to do in terms of upgrades. If anything comes up, they keep us informed so we know where we are at. We can’t fault them at all, and we love them.
They are very good at sticking to deadlines. We normally communicate through email and Google Sheets.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their communication and honesty are impressive.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I honestly can’t fault them.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be clear in what you are after and provide as much information as you can. WEBO will turn it into what you need the software to be.

I am the Marketing Coordinator at Greenline, which designs and builds shade structures for commercial clients. These typically include schools, councils, and sports clubs.
What challenge were you trying to address with WEBO Digital?
We brought WEBO Digital on board as we felt they best understood what we were trying to achieve. They also had a thorough understanding of HubSpot which was very valuable for us.
What was the scope of their involvement?
WEBO Digital handles all of our paid advertising and digital marketing in the digital marketplace. Mainly, WEBO Digital works on campaigns we started before beginning the partnership with them — the PPC is primarily on Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn. They’re also working on a strategy focused on lead generation and conversion by retargeting our paid marketing audiences.
WEBO Digital reviews new and existing content/articles to improve our SEO. They also assist with email marketing, putting together templates and sending the copy we write via HubSpot. They’ve also helped us with website edits and tool development.
What is the team composition?
We regularly work with 3–4 teammates, including an account manager, website developer, and a larger support team.
How did you come to work with WEBO Digital?
A colleague of mine knew and worked with the owner of WEBO Digital at another company. We decided to hire them because they knew what we needed and had the expertise to deliver.

They have been great with giving us help with data in HubSpot, where a previous supplier had made a mess of it. They have also improved how we use HubSpot.
How did WEBO Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
WEBO Digital is excellent at keeping projects on track and is quick to respond to our messages. They keep track of tickets and project progress on Teamwork. We never have communication issues — we have fortnightly meetings with their team over Zoom and Google Meet.

The best thing about working with WEBO Digital is their responsiveness and how easy they are to work with.
Are there any areas they could improve?
WEBO Digital could’ve been better at understanding our target audience and branding at the start of the partnership, but we’re working through that.

I’d advise customers to be proactive about telling WEBO Digital what they expect to achieve from a certain project and the overall partnership.

I'm one of the directors of a film production company based in London, UK. I'm in charge of marketing and product management/development, and my main job is to try and push the company to try and innovate. We understand that the film industry has being doing things the same way for more than 100 years. We are convinced there's plenty of room to do things differently and technology can be the facilitator of that change.
For what projects/services did your company hire WEBO Digital, and what were your goals?
We hired WEBO to help us with the integration of a payment gateway that would allow us to experiment selling one of our films directly to the consumers. We had an idea of a user journey that had to be easy and frictionless (a given these days, of course), but also making the user's life as easy as possible offering quick ways to pay like GooglePay and ApplePay. Our goal was to make the journey simple and frictionless. WEBO definitely helped us achieve that.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We did an online search and the experience they had looked interesting. After a call with Julian, I was very impressed with his approach and how "direct to the point" he managed to be. When they sent us the quote, it was a bit more expensive than a few others we received... But the "can do" attitude was the deciding factor for sure.

We had a first meeting to discuss scope, timeline and what was the definition of success. I had a website built in WordPress but needed the integration with the payment provider (Stripe) done in a frictionless journey. The WEBO team worked with me, the Product Manager, to make sure we first had a test environment set-up that mirrored the original website. From there, they started building the integration journey and I would check, give feedback and they would adjust it. A small job, pretty straight forward, but it's the constant communication and transparency that definitely sets this team apart from many other development agencies.

I had 2 people in constant contact with me: a Project Manager (in charge of the daily interactions) and a Senior Consultant/Account Manager overseeing the progression of the delivery. Dedicated, direct and committed, I'd say. And of course they had a technical team engaged too.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The project went live just a few days ago and we're still starting the campaigns to bring users to the website... So I can't really present measurable outcomes at the moment. But they delivered what we asked and it works really well.

Since it was a very small project, I just a kick-off meeting and we kept in touch via email after that. I believe we had to adjust our ways of working in the beginning, since they are in Australia/Nepal and I'm in the UK. The Project Manager understood that I wanted constant updates and that's what he did. We kept the routine of emails during the build, testing and final deployment and everything worked really well.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I believe that the attitude is very unique. I've worked with many tech agencies before and WEBO Digital team does not go away and do their thing. They work with the client, inform, ask questions and all that avoids the common problem in the industry of having a disappointed client after the "big reveal". I was aware of everything the whole time. Transparency is what tech agencies lack most of the time. WEBO is certainly different.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
It's not only WEBO but all development teams underestimate the time necessary to build projects. The "few days" that initially was presented to me a the time needed to get the project done became a few weeks just because development is always a complicated thing. Maybe adding a contingency there would set more realistic expectations in terms of schedule. I know we are all used to tech projects that last way longer that initially planned, but some other clients might get frustrated and that's not fair to the brilliant team they have.

I’m a computer engineer with a proprietary level. We’re a diversified software development company. We look after a book search engine and have a suite of customers.
What challenge were you trying to address with WEBO Digital?
We’d set up a client server with SimpleSAMLphp, but we had a problem with our previous software developer. We weren’t satisfied with the work on a couple of our platforms, so we looked for somebody else.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We asked WEBO Digital to finish the setup on the client server. Then, they worked with a Node.js application that required a SAML connection. They set up the identity provider (IdP) and service pack (SP).
What is the team composition?
We mainly worked with one person, but there were three other people involved. The manager and the developer did most of the talking, but we did have a couple of Zoom meetings with somebody else.
How did you come to work with WEBO Digital?
We were looking for software developers in Australia because the time difference made it impossible to have real conversations with web developers from anywhere else. We sent out half a dozen emails to different developers, giving them an idea of the scope of work. WEBO Digital was the first one to respond with any positive feedback. They were able to do the job with the minimum amount of hassle.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent $2,000–$2,500.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together six weeks ago, in June 2021. They finished what we initially agreed to in July 2021. However, they had the skills we required, so we asked if they were interested in being available for us, and they’re happy to be contacted again.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The documentation was good. It allowed us to go back and do everything ourselves and take over the project. Also, we haven’t had any downtime on the server.
How did WEBO Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
There wasn’t a deadline for the project, but they delivered it faster than people we’ve tried before. We were very happy with the timeline. Overall, they didn’t bother us all the time, so there was no hassle. WEBO Digital was pretty straightforward.

Prior to engaging the services of the WEBO team we were struggling to get buy-in from an external marketing provider to help us clarify and re-invigorate our market positioning. Our goal was to split our complete online presence to better suit the needs of our target market.
Our target markets included Agricultural, Commercial and Equestrian which are all unique in their use of our products so before we started with WEBO we were trying to market to all industries with a mixed message that wasn't directly tailored to them.

A project manager was our main point of contact. We have a fortnightly mtg rhythm set up which works well to keep all projects on track. WEBO management are often present at these mtgs as well as any other relevant team members that may need help with any particular work that they are working on at that time.

After launching our new split industry websites we have been able to better look after our clients by reducing their contact with AUSPAN to very targeted content only.

We needed the website fixed after it crashed when we tried to update it. It had to be an urgent service, and I turned to WEBO as I knew they were experienced from other people's experiences.

I had heard how efficient WEBO designs were from previous clients, and knowing the founders directly, I felt it would be the easiest web developing company to use. I also noticed their very high review rate.

Firstly, WEBO fixed the back end of our Wordpress Website, which involved a bit of work updating and deleting plugins and performing general maintenance on the site which was rather outdated. After spending x amount of hours on this, which they informed me of before they started the work (I particularly liked this factor - they gave us a solid estimate of how long the task would take them and they kept to it), they gave me a detailed run-down of what had been done, and then they offered me a very good value deal to fix up our website even further. It is now optimized and so much easier for a novice to handle than it was before!

2 people worked directly with me - I initially inquired straight to Julian, and then Trylochan stepped in to help me out as well. I have no doubt there were other people involved, and there were behind-the-scenes developers. Julian and Trylochan were my point-of-contact, and they were very reliable.

I havent looked into the outcome that much...

Julian and his colleagues were very punctual with replying to emails - they were professional and yet accommodating. We communicated mostly just over phone and email.

Their punctuality and professionalism was second to none, and I really appreciated the fact that I was given an estimate of the hours it would take them to complete the work, and how decent they were in giving me a deal that was good value.
