Intuji provided us with a feasibility report into the details of an audit app. We paid for the initial groundwork to be carried out, which involved an incredibly detailed and impressive use case process, where the app developer scrutinised the outcomes we wanted and ensured both we and they fully understood how the app would look.
From here, a breakdown of the app development process was provided including a timeframe, a scope and detailed pricing. Due to our clients changing demands, we have decided not to proceed with the app development in the immediate future, however we are definitely keeping our relationship with Intuji to beging developing the app should the demand arise in the future.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We received a detailed feasibility report stating what the app would achieve, how much it would cost and the time frame it would be completed in. This is exactly what we were told we would receive and it was within the time frame we expected.

Intuji were great. Julian was flexible and even came into our offices in Sydney, despite him being based in Melbourne. He also stepped in for a colleague of his, Aashish when the latter had to take some time off due to personal reasons. Aashish was also very accommodating, responding to emails and queries very quickly. I was also very impressed with both of their knowledge on the lighting/audit industry, despite them both not having much experience with it.

Their people skills were great. Other companies of similar size (such as marketing companies) that we have worked with were far more pushy and noisy when it came to their demands and rushing us to make decisions. Intuji were great people to work with, respected the fact that we needed time to make a decision to develop the app and were great when we decided we weren't going to go ahead with the development just yet.

No. As mentioned previously, the only reason we are not still developing this app is due to client demands. If the need arises, we will be picking the phone up and calling Intuji straight away to begin working with them again!

Report is working well and generating well so from that view its working well!

Didn't really do much of this. I just set out what I wanted on a word document, and they just worked through it.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Seems like they have a very wide range of skills which im looking forward to using in the re-launch of my new front facing website they are designing.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Maybe a few more updates on the progress, but over all they are very responsive when you send something through!
