What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I have a particular checklist with the design of the website. webninjaa.com figured out what I was looking for, and suggested some design ideas for the site. One of the most positive things about them, is their attitude and approach. Most people will stop caring about the project after they get paid. Our engagement with them has been very positive, that’s why we continue to work with them for so long.

When it comes to meeting deadlines, they’re pretty average because they used to miss deadlines. However, it’s fine now and it’s acceptable. They’re still professional in letting us know if they’re running short on time and if they have a lot of work.
