I am a partner at a used car retailer. We also sell new and used tires and provide a rental car service in the Bahamas.

What challenge were you trying to address with Webnexs?

More and more people are switching to buy and rent cars online. We lost some customers due to the fact that we didn’t have an online presence. So we were looking to establish this online presence and further reach potential customers by developing our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We had the idea to go online, but they developed our ideas and ended up providing more services than we expected. In the end, they developed the website, came up with strategies to reach more customers, and just completely built our online presence from the ground up.

How did you come to work with Webnexs?

We found them by reading some of their blogs about online presence. We ultimately choose them for our project and the cost, wise they are very competitive.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested around $8,500.

What is the status of this engagement?

They committed to 2 months for the project, which they did. The engagement has been completed.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project helped increase revenue and we noticed an increase in clients as well. Our customers told us that they were very happy to have easier access to our services. 

How did Webnexs perform from a project management standpoint?

They always gave immediate responses to any question we had. They finished the project ahead of schedule and even were able to give our employees proper training for our new website.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were willing to share their knowledge and explain everything detail, which can be rare in a company. They didn’t try to make us pay more to continue to have their knowledge.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. We hope to work with them again to offer Facebook bot chat service to our customers, but for now, we are happy.
