Our ongoing partnership officially began in August 2022. However, we had worked with them for about six months in an informal partnership.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I’m happy with the performance of my website — we’re getting 10,000–20,000 leads a day. Whenever I’m facing an issue, they’ll contact me directly and rectify it immediately. Overall, everything from Webmaxed has been satisfactory. Everything is going perfectly, and they adapt their approach to fit the ongoing results of their work. 

How did Webmaxed perform from a project management standpoint?

Their team has perfect project management. Typically, we communicate sporadically through WhatsApp. Their team also provides me with monthly reports via email.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since working with webmaxed, our ads impression has increased threefold, and our social media web traffic overall increased by 243%. We also experienced 1.26 million impressions on taboola network.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our workflow was really smooth for the most part, but sometimes the communication and production of ads would be delayed. But again we're happy with them completely based on creatives and quality.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Henry has been a pleasure to work with, and Kevin has always been extremely reliable if there are any issues. The staff’s personality and passion made working with them really worthwhile.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I sometimes felt that Kevin was pulled in so many directions that there was a delay in his communication with us at times. That’s of no fault to him, but I found it telling of his workload.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are pleased with the quality of traffic to our website, as well as increases in leads. We have also experienced positive growth from our Google reviews as a result of SEO, which is fantastic.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We used (and continue to use) various forms of communication, including: email, basecamp messages, and screenshare/conference calls. These are the best forms of communication for myself, and Webmaxed was eager to respond in whatever manner worked best for everyone. I greatly appreciated this, as some vendors try to implement methods of communication that simply don't work for us.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Webmaxed has so many strengths which we value. Organization - from project start to finish, the entire process was extremely organized. At any point in the project, we knew what was expected from us, what we should be expecting from Webmaxed, and when it was expected. Communication - All of our project contacts were excellent at communication. They responded in such timely manners. Expertise - We appreciated having individuals who were experts in their field/space, who led various marketing aspects. And, they communicated their ideas, industry trends, etc. in ways that were not complicated or difficult to grasp and understand. And, when we didn't know about a topic or seemed confused, they were eager to answer as many questions as we had until we felt comfortable. They were excited to educate us - and we were excited to learn.

None! We had a GREAT experience with Webmaxed, and continue to enjoy working with them on a regular basis for our ongoing SEO needs.

Their workflow has been so effective that I’m trying to adopt it with other vendors.

Webmaxed creates high-quality written content that requires little editing. Unlike other vendors we've worked with, they put in the work to ensure the content is great.

It's important to remain involved and treat the relationship as a collaboration, rather than just work that's being outsourced. Provide as much guidance and feedback as possible to ensure the content is moving in the right direction.

The initial in-depth research that was done was quite extensive: site health audit, benchmark reports, competitor analysis.

When Webmaxed took over management of our Google AdWords and Bing Ad campaigns, we saw our metrics increase across the channels including sales, conversions, and ad-spend ROI.

We are so impressed with Webmaxed management of our SEO and PPC efforts, we'e also getting our website re-design with them.

Our Organic sessions have increased by 154% since working with Webmaxed. and our organic e-commerce revenue have increased by 23%.

In fact, in Jan we spent 76% less on Google than we did last year and our eCommerce conversion rate increased by 62% and our sales increased by 15%; thus allowing us to explore product expansions. Our leads have also increased for the financial business.

Team at Webmaxed is extremely professional and engaged with our team. We hold weekly meetings and we communicate regularly via email. Webmaxed keeps my team updated on tasks performed and media spend/conversions. So far we don't have any complains whatsoever.

Webmaxed is very hands-on and professional. Our relationship and the services they provide are top-notch.

How did you select this vendor?

I found Webmaxed online and after few telephonic conversation we selected them. I selected them because they would handle both PPC and SEO and at the same time showed interest in our cause.

We had telephonic conversation before they created the proposal. They provided a complete overview of the proposal over a video meeting on a platform. We initially asked them to make only small changes on the website and then start the marketing. Everything is going pretty well.

Our main point of contact manages our project resources. The digital team lead sometimes jumps in on our weekly check-in.

We were always getting people to engage on our social media. But somehow it didn't converted to cash flow coming in. However, things started improving i guess in Jan 2020 or so. We also had a good email campaign in december.

All was pretty good but i seriously felt their project management skills are good for dedicated resources.

I feel it was good. I cannot say everything was damn good but again we didn't expected all to go well.

If they can start providing data for mailers that would be great. They denied us for data scraping and we were stucked a bit. However, we were able to get a local vendor jump-in and all got resolved.

The goals were to achieve at least 25% increase in our leads. Something we were trying to achieve since last six months. Now because of this pandemic we're facing some difficulties from offline business but again webmaxed has maintained the online leads.

How did you select this vendor?

We didn't wanted to invest something big initially, but after first month we saw some efforts and we dediced to scale things up. We hired three content writers as well in 2nd month onwards for aggressive content writing and distribution. One thing which i really liked was about the quality of sites where the content was published. I am not sure if they produced leads but i am sure our traffic was increased.

Initially the site was fixed. Meta changes and some navigation structure was changed. They also kept on adding content copies to the site and then it was mostly working on social media and similar things.

We had a dedicated project manager and then three content writers. There pricing seemed a bit high compared to what people are charging in india. But i am sure they provide value towards it. The copy editing was good and they have some good proof writers as well.

Time difference had some issues may be as the content writers were not in India. But the digital seo guys were right on time.

Other agencies didn’t give me the output I needed, even though I paid a significant price. I was skeptical about Webmaxed at first, but they were an improvement over the providers I’d used before.

We started our work with Webmaxed in November 2017, and they are still engaged with us. If we continue to receive the same level of response from Webmaxed, our relationship will continue and we will spend more on them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I get mostly positive feedback from customers. They’ve improved our keyword rankings a lot, which has ultimately increased traffic. Before the engagement, we had 100–200 website visitors. After I hired Webmaxed, the numbers increased to 350–400 on average, and rose beyond that during special events.

Their deliverables are better than the ones from my previous partners, and they are also great with project management and engagement. They’re organized and they stick to timelines. When it comes to customer deliverables, timelines are crucial.

Webmaxed strategically determines which campaigns we need to spend more or less money on. I’ll engage them for PPC because of those results. There is more to come, but my experience so far has been good.

How did Webmaxed perform from a project management standpoint?

They typically send me follow-up emails during the workweek, and we call once a week to review their work. They always ask me for input on the strategies and email me when there’s a problem with the service. They deliver the exact services I want. We make our expectations clear, and they deliver. As the CEO, I don’t know much about the granular levels, but they deliver the work.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I like their strategic capabilities. The amount of traffic and sales that Webmaxed obtains for our clients through their strategies and keyword targeting is amazing. I can’t speak to their PPC skills yet, but their SEO work has been amazing.
