The feedback from our team has been very good. We can work with WebMagnat closely because of our geographic proximity, but they also do well with our remote clients.
How did WebMagnat perform from a project management standpoint?
WebMagnat is proactive and professional. They don’t wait to be asked for results; they just update us. Like everyone else in our community, WebMagnat uses a transparent way of working. Their team uses agile development, open boards, daily updates, reviews, retrospectives, and so forth. We’re using the usual remote channels such as Skype, Microsoft Teams, and Slack.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re professional, perseverant, and serious about the relationship. If WebMagnat commits to something, they’ll do their best to make it happen. That’s very much appreciated. This service not necessarily easy to deliver at times, but they’ve done their best to make it happen. When it wasn’t possible, they were proactive in announcing it promptly so we could mitigate whatever the issue was.
Are there any areas they could improve?
In certain situations, I would’ve liked it if they could provide more capacity. However, this is the reason we initially went to them, so I could say the same about our organization.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
I’d recommend talking with Delian (Owner, WebMagnat), who’s a very smart and serious person as well as open and transparent. He’ll figure out ways to work with you.
