I’m the director of Predictable Marketing, a marketing agency focused on the automation and robotic process automation (RPA) space. I work with medium to large tech companies and provide strategic marketing services for the implementation of their lead generation campaigns.

What challenge were you trying to address with WebHooters?

The main challenge we were facing was around the visibility of my own website. I didn’t have the bandwidth to handle everything myself because I’m a small business. So, I hired WebHooters to grow the business.

WebHooters helped me with the design of my website, designing a few pages and improving the overall UX of the platform. Their team also works to enhance our site’s SEO. Additionally, they write blogs and content for our website.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Some of the keywords that were important to my business are ranking on the first page now. Keywords associated with RPA are important to my business and we’re ranking very well for those, leading to more overall inquiries coming to our site. Since starting our work with WebHooters, we’re getting what we set out to achieve.

How did WebHooters perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is solid; I’m happy with it. I receive monthly reports from them about keyword performance and our ranking. If a challenge comes up, they notify me of it. Their communication is pretty quick—they’re responsive to my calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their team is very transparent and always keeps me informed—something I struggled to get from other companies. They’re a hardworking team. My business was new and it wasn’t easy, so I’m happy with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Initially, I had to guide them a lot because it’s a new business and involves a lot of content. I had hoped they write all the content from the start. Because of this, they should spend more time learning about their client’s space before starting the content pieces.

They’re really good: we’ve gotten a lot of inquiries for our training, and the brand data has shown some good reviews on Google.

We have some fund issues since we just started up two years ago, so recently I have reduced marketing for some time. There’s a lot of things in the pipeline with Webhooters, but they are pending right now due to funding.

How did Webhooters perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very professional and reach 95% of deadlines. Sometimes there is rework in the design, but that’s naturally understood.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very flexible and somehow always accommodate our requests, even at the last moment. They’re very patient and cooperative. I like working with them because we have very good synchronization.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I didn’t have any bad experiences with them. We gave them blogs to write on data science. It’s a difficult subject to write so they probably don’t have a team that could do that for us. They’re good at design, but they could come up with some different ideas. The team is very small, so it would be good if it could grow.
