Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the executive producer at WilLeo Creative Services. We provide advertising, digital marketing, and creative consulting to clients.

What challenge were you trying to address with WebDiner?

We engaged WebDiner on behalf of a third-party client—a New York-inspired deli—for web design and digital marketing services.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

WebDiner redesigned the deli’s website and implemented SEO to improve Google search rankings. They also provide digital marketing services. They suggest ideal days of the month to run specific ads, and they offer creative ideas for advertising. The team also created Facebook and Instagram profiles for the deli and now write copy for each post. We’re currently working on an animated video advertisement.

What is the team composition?

We work with their creative team as well as Vanessa (Marketing Manager, WebDiner) and Matt (Managing Partner and Co-Founder, WebDiner). 

How did you come to work with WebDiner?

A newly opened restaurant close to us had an impressive website that attracted a lot of customers. I found out that the restaurant used WebDiner’s design services. Their portfolio of other work also impressed me

We’ve spent about $10,000–$25,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2018, and the partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our client now has a regular advertising partner that provides SEO and social media. They’ve seen increased business even in the off-season, which we attribute to WebDiner’s efforts. We’re excited to work on future projects with their team.

They work remotely and still keep a high level of coordination and organization. They deliver visually appealing work and reliably meet deadlines.
