I'm the CEO/CTO of a boutique legal company that works with corporate legal departments to organize and analyze their information and help them reduce costs.

What challenge were you trying to address with WebDevStudios?

We needed help optimizing our site. In the past, most of our clients found our company by word of my mouth, but we wanted to start focusing more on SEO to attract new clients online.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Years ago, WebDevStudios developed our original logo and website. We reengaged them more recently to redesign and develop another WordPress site, incorporating SEO and mobile-friendly features.

We mostly work with Brad (CEO, WebDevStudios) and Jodie (Director of Client Strategy, WebDevStudios).

They developed our first website in 2008, so we're repeat customers.

We've invested over $5,000 on the second site. Over $50,000 total throughout the years.

What is the status of this engagement?

They developed our first website in 2008 and they worked on the most recent website in 2017. They continue to provide ongoing support and updates as needed.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Within just a few weeks of the new website going live, we started getting client inquiries. Our colleagues are thrilled with the changes WebDevStudios made—it's exactly what we needed.

How did WebDevStudios perform from a project management standpoint?

They manage projects efficiently overall. We've been very happy with their level of communication and ability to meet deadlines. They provide regular analytics reports to us, and we mostly communicate through email and phone.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm most impressed by their attention to detail and their expertise in SEO. They don't try to push us in any particular direction, but rather carefully explain what we need to do to be more effective and are very prompt in responding to our needs.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

It's hard to provide advice since we ultimately came to WebDevStudios not knowing where to begin or what to prioritize. I would only recommend treating them like a partner to get the most out of the relationship.
