Our company has expanded from very little to 100–200% more than when we started. Social media advertisements bring us a lot of leads, and Web360 drives a lot of traffic to us.

They're serious, answer our questions quickly, and address any issues we need them to. Sometimes, changes take a little longer than we would like, but they’re generally very good.

Web360 handled two main projects for us. First, they managed the full recovery of our suspended Meta advertising account, dealing with all the technical and administrative steps required to get it reinstated. Second, they set up and managed our Google Ads campaigns, targeting SMEs and businesses in Argentina actively searching for financial solutions, corporate loans and check discounting services. Key deliverables included account recovery, campaign setup, audience segmentation, ad copywriting and ongoing optimization to maximize lead quality and reduce cost per acquisition.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our Meta account was fully recovered and reactivated within days, eliminating the revenue loss we were experiencing. On the Google Ads side, we saw a significant increase in qualified inquiries from SMEs looking for financing solutions. Lead volume grew consistently month over month and the cost per lead remained competitive. Overall, digital became a reliable and scalable acquisition channel for our business.

What stood out most was their ability to handle both a crisis situation and a growth strategy at the same time. Not every agency can recover a suspended Meta account AND run effective Google Ads campaigns. Web360 did both seamlessly. They are technically strong but also commercially minded — they understand that behind every campaign there is a business that needs results, not just clicks.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Web360 could have done differently?

A more structured onboarding process at the beginning would have been helpful to align expectations faster. Also, more frequent performance reports would be welcome so we can follow results more closely on our end. These are minor points — overall the experience has been very positive and the results speak for themselves.

Conversions increased significantly, reflected in more quote requests and qualified leads. The Quality Score of the ads also improved, and a positive ROAS was achieved, demonstrating the return on advertising investment.
