We are a hair transplant clinic based in Argentina. I am the president and CEO.

What challenge were you trying to address with Web360?

Our ad campaigns and social media needed support.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They are our community manager for our social media accounts on Facebook and Instagram. Our Google AdWords account, website design, and email marketing are under their control. They also oversee other paid media services as well as marketing advisory and graphic design.

What is the team composition?

We have two points of contact. We speak with our account manager weekly and with our other contact once a month.

How did you come to work with Web360?

Initially, we found them through an internet search. We interviewed different companies and liked the way they worked. It’s difficult to find a company in this area with their level of experience. They were willing to adjust to our budget, and we felt they were the right choice.

How much have you invested with them?

Our annual spend, not including ad dollars, is about $20,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around May 2014. We’ve moved addresses with them, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our company has expanded from very little to 100–200% more than when we started. Social media advertisements bring us a lot of leads, and Web360 drives a lot of traffic to us.

How did Web360 perform from a project management standpoint?

They're serious, answer our questions quickly, and address any issues we need them to. Sometimes, changes take a little longer than we would like, but they’re generally very good.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Among their strengths, their work ethic is the most important thing in our relationship.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The speed of their delivery could improve. The process would work better if they came up with solutions a little faster.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you are a small or medium company that hopes to grow, they'll be an excellent fit. They were definitely the correct choice for us.
