I’m the CEO of Robinson Heating & Air, an HVAC company. We’ve earned the reputation of being Westchester and Putnam counties’ premier full-service home comfort company.

We needed to improve our online presence and help generate more qualified leads for our HVAC business.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw clear improvements after working with Web Technality, including increased website traffic, better visibility in local search results, and a noticeable increase in service calls and online inquiries. Overall, the website performed better, and we started getting more qualified leads, which showed the project was successful for Robinson Heating & Air.Within the first few months, we saw website traffic increase by roughly 50%–70%, and our local search rankings improved significantly, with several key HVAC keywords moving onto the first page. Lead volume also increased by about 45%–60%, resulting in more calls and online service requests compared to before the project.We used tools like Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversions, along with Google Search Console to monitor search performance. We also relied on call tracking and form submission reports to measure increases in phone calls and online leads.
