What challenge were you trying to address with The Web Silo Online Marketing?

We had an outdated website that wasn't getting any traffic, so we were looking for a vendor to design a new website for us.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, The Web Silo gave me a presentation where they talked about different platforms and social media initiatives we could use to reach more people (rather than just using satellite television). Then, they redesigned our WordPress website and helped us with social media marketing.

They gave us a professional website as well as an opportunity to grow in different ways. People from around the world can reach out to us and find out about our services.

They’re excellent communicators. They met their deadlines and delivered everything we asked of them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were very professional and flexible. They became a real partner to us and explained the process in a language we could understand.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Not really. I want them to put themselves out there more and expand their appeal to other companies.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Look at their website and their updates. They have tutorials that explain how to develop a website, which will give you a good idea of how you should move forward.
