WebLoft handled a full website redevelopment for our company. Their scope included migrating our existing content, creating a modern design that better reflects our brand, improving site navigation and structure, and ensuring the site performs well across desktop and mobile devices. They also set up a user-friendly backend so our team can easily update content, optimized the site for speed and SEO, and provided ongoing support to make sure everything launched smoothly. The key deliverables were a fully redesigned, responsive website, a streamlined content management system, and a finished product that elevated our online presence and made it easier for clients to engage with us.

The new website has made an immediate impact. The site also loads much quicker, performs flawlessly on mobile, and presents a far more professional image to prospective clients. Overall, the project has helped us generate more qualified leads, operate more efficiently, and strengthen our brand presence online.

Web Loft was exactly what we needed after dealing with issue after issue in trying to get our website up and running. Our real estate map + listing list (similar to Zillow) was complicated and constantly causing hang-ups. But from the first meeting with Web Loft, we were impressed with Marina's knowledgable expertise. 
Paul was extremely responsive, helpful, and great at organizing next steps all the way through to the final stage. Alexey translated our design perfectly into a functioning interface. They knew exactly what we needed to make our complicated requests come to life. I completely recommend them for any website needs—they had the knowledge, organization, efficiency, and expertise to make the complicated seem easy.

We needed help with website redesign.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Web Loft Designs did website redesign for us utilizing our previous site — they used Figma for design and built the platform on WordPress. Regarding functionalities, we asked for an informational site where visitors could input their contact information and schedule a roof inspection with us.

In addition to that, they provided a 30-day SEO service for us.

What is the team composition?

I worked with 6–7 members of their team, including Marina (Owner), designers, an SEO specialist, and copywriters.

How did you come to work with Web Loft Designs?

I found them through Clutch, and after an initial Zoom call with them, we chose them because they were within our budget, and I had a good initial engagement with their Marina.

How much money have you invested in this partnership?

We spent around $8,000 with them for this project.

We worked together from May–October 2022.

Their work was great overall, and our site is now live. Web Loft Designs did everything exactly how they said they would.

They were responsive and got back to us quickly — when I sent them a message at the end of the day, I heard back first thing in the morning the next day. Regarding tools and communication, we used Basecamp, email, and Google Meet.
