Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the co-founder of a link-building agency within the SEO industry. We help our clients rank higher on Google.
What challenge were you trying to address with The Web Hunters?
We were running into problems with our marketer and didn’t know how to create certain features on our website.
What was the scope of their involvement?
The Web Hunters provides us with web development services. Once we gave them the green light, they scoped out the project, gave us an estimate, and got to work. They’ve cleaned up some things that were broken in our WordPress website using Elementor. The site functions as a marketing platform for our agency.
For example, the team has set up an import from our database that shows our most recent results without a filter. We wanted to add transparency to our site and show what we’re doing, so the site now shares our live results.
What is the team composition?
The owner is our main point of contact, though he has a larger team behind him.
How did you come to work with The Web Hunters?
They were referred to me by a business coach who had already commissioned The Web Hunters to do several large projects.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent $5,000–$10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in June 2020, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The live results feature that The Web Hunters built for us has made such a splash in our niche that our competitors immediately copied it, and it has now become the template for companies that spin the service we offer. I hadn’t seen that feature anywhere else, and now all our competitors have copied it, which says something, and it’s due to the team’s execution.
Moreover, The Web Hunters has been really helpful. Every time I go to them, they find a solution and implement it from start to finish. I also feel completely comfortable giving them my website’s login information — they’re trustworthy.
How did The Web Hunters perform from a project management standpoint?
They consistently deliver on time and are very open to us making modification requests or tweaking things that need to be updated. They get to work right away when they say they’ll do something. They’re also very communicative and always ask for feedback.
Although they invited me to join them in their Asana workspace, I declined their invitation because I prefer email. Therefore, we’ve kept our communication to one-on-one emails.
What did you find most impressive about them?
My favorite thing about The Web Hunters is the quality of work and their professionalism during it. Finding someone who delivers what they offer is challenging, and The Web Hunters doesn’t make false promises. If they need time to analyze a situation before they commit, they do so. They’re also very affordable, which, combined with their professionalism, is great for us.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I wouldn’t ask them to do anything differently; I’ve really enjoyed working with them.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
My advice is to respect that they’re professionals. Sometimes people will look at a company’s location and assume that they’re less-than because they’re not US-based. With The Web Hunters, you’ll get a ton of value from your engagement; they’re highly skilled and an absolute gem of a vendor, so you should be a good client.

For what projects/services did your company hire The Web Hunters?
The project was about customizing our client portal in SPP so that it is more user-friendly. By the latter, I mean that we customize each page for each client, i.e. each client saw a different embed and could easily follow the collaboration process.
What were your goals for this project?
To provide a better customer experience for our clients. Everything should be at one place so that they don't need to switch the windows but have one integrated customer portal.

It was a recommendation from the SPP customer support team. The solution was a customized portal for each client.

After Muhammad did the main project, he was always open for questions and jumped on further calls with us to make sure everything is working. I would definitely recommend him!
