We had 5 disparate software programs that we had developed over a 10 year period. We needed someone to come in and overssee them all. Troubleshoot and develop. We needed someone that could maintain all of our code and bring all rpjects forward on a continual development path.

We were recommended to Web Foundation and after talking with the team, found that they had the knowledge and skill to deliver exactly what we needed at a price that was competitive.

Over a period of years and still ongoing, the Web foundation team have helped us launch 2 brand new SAAS products from scratch as well as integrated all of our saas products into a cetralised system. We are constantly developing with new ideas and enhancements which are planned, and delivered by the team. We also have troubleshooting and bug fixing as a normal part of software development which is always handled as a priority. Technologies include cloud infastructure on AWS and Google Cloud, php, laravel, javascript, angular 2, vue.js, mysql, mongodb, node.js, socket.io

We have launched two new software products from concept to delivery as well as updated all apps continually over the years. We've brought in thousands of new clients and handled it all with the Web Foundation team

We primarily use Slack, with occasional email. Daily communication was with our primary contact. each week we receieved an email update of all tasks completed.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Web Foundation provides web development support for different projects, mostly relating to marketing applications and Android platforms. They've helped build some software from scratch and provided input while collaborating with our internal team. Most of the languages they've worked on include PHP, Angular, and HTML. Additionally, they've also provided someone on their side to assist with QA testing.
What is the team composition?
We're only working with one person at the moment, but we've worked with up to six developers and a QA person during busier periods.
How did you come to work with Web Foundation?
We'd worked with one of their staff before, and he was working at Web Foundation when we approached him again.
How much have you invested with them?
We've invested around $175,000 in total over the last couple of years.

They're diligent, enthusiastic, and dedicated when it comes to delivering what is expected of them. Whenever issues arise, their team is also very proactive about solving problems.
Are there any areas they could improve?
It would help if they worked to improve their verbal skills.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Make sure all aspects of projects are discussed in detail, providing as much clarity on deliverables as possible. There may also be some cultural differences when it comes to working with specific technologies (i.e., Amazon), so don't make any assumptions when creating the project requirements.
