We had good recommendations for them from different satisfied clients what was also the main reason to choose Web Center. Also, their great portfolio had an influence on us.

They had to make a website for us which will attract our customers, which will be modern, but simple and accessible at the same time. They had to use HTML5 and adapt the website to be very clear and adjusted for mobile phones and tablets.

Whole-time from the very beginning we were in touch with CEO Milos who has obeyed all our wishes and requests.

The number of clients who find us through the internet doubled. We are number 1 on google search in our city for our business. So that helped us a lot because clients are now coming to us and marketing flows by itself.

They were very professional and responsible. They respect all timelines without delays. They were every time free for us to listen to our questions and requests and to give us answers and the best solutions for us.

The most impressive thing about them is how actually professional they are and with how much passion and sacrifice they are doing their job.

For now, we do not have any remarks. We are 100% happy with them.

I was the property manager of Villa Old Mill, a villa rental company in the Bay of Kotor. The villas are in front of the most beautiful part of the bay, and about 100 years ago, the place used to be a mill. It had since been redecorated and turned into a rental villa with a private beach, swimming pool, and children’s playground. It’s a six-bedroom villa that fits up to 12 people. Most of its guests are people looking for a private place.

What challenge were you trying to address with Web Center Ltd?

We wanted to create a website so that it would be easier to keep track of new reservations and to gain more online visibility. We also wanted to have the best possible listing of our property. We use online marketplaces like Booking.com and Airbnb, but having our website has greater advantages. We can’t add all the details we like on external platforms, but we can emphasize our strengths and have creative freedom on our own website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Web Center built our website from scratch. They included on the site all the information about our villa, as well as our contact details so that potential guests could reach us directly. They also added a booking system, a photo album, and links to our social media platforms.

What is the team composition?

We worked with a graphic designer, front- and backend developers, and a project manager who coordinated everything and helped me communicate what I wanted to achieve to the rest of the team. There were four people involved in total.

How did you come to work with Web Center Ltd?

Our team took about a week to research web design companies. We found Web Center, read their client reviews, and chose to contact them. We met them and they convinced us that they were the right choice for this project. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in April 2019, and the project was completed a month later.

We recently did some renovations on the property, and we expect to have it photographed again. We will contact Web Center as soon as that’s finished to update the pictures on the site. We are also thinking about connecting the website with guest photos and creating a photo album if we collect enough good-quality guest photographs.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’re really satisfied with the results and the metrics of Web Center’s work. Since the website went live, more than 90% of our rental inquiries came from the website, and the number of inquiries from Booking.com and Airbnb went down. Also, 50%–60% of our reservations came from the website. 

How did Web Center Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

We’re very satisfied with our collaboration with Web Center, as their team was effective and professional. Everyone involved was kind and polite, and they thoroughly listened to everything we had to say. They also went the extra mile and edited photos from our hired photographer that weren’t 100% compatible with the website.

We had very open communication, and they listened to all our suggestions and made the best effort to have what we wanted. They explained the more technical terms that I didn’t understand. Web Center also provided valuable ideas that improved the appearance of the website.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Web Center did a great job of emphasizing our strengths. When we looked at the other vendors, the websites they made didn’t look as appealing as Web Center’s website.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’m not sure if there’s anything that they could improve on our website. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be precise in formulating what you want. As clients, we can’t always express what we have in mind in exact words, so you have to be patient and find a way to communicate efficiently.

Site traffic has been much increased, with the bounce rate that has also been much lower than the previous bounce rate. The design of the website seems to be keeping people interested in remaining on the website for a longer time.

Most of our communication was through email and phone. We had prompt reactions of the staff on all of our demands.
