Our website was struggling to find reliable partners in the long term, as well as fix and improve existing solutions for an eCommerce site that was built on WordPress/Woocomerce.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Mostly because the representatives of the company were very understandable and responsive. Open and free communication.

The initial stage of the activity was the research of our website and the scoping of the work to be performed, continuing with the planning of design improvements to the website and the overall system improvements from the front-end and back end - in payments, delivery system, and individual solutions.

Initially, only two, the owner of the company and the project manager, joined the programmer very soon after, and one more later, bringing together about 3-4 people involved.

There have been considerable eCommerce metric improvements in various main pages, as products, cart, checkout, on which the work was mostly done and was requested. The analysis was made in the period of 1st of august to today vs the previous period. The main goal was to focus on fixing back-end issues related to subscription payments and daily operations.

Overall the communication has been very positive. There have been various misunderstandings and improvements throughout the cooperation, which is continuing to improve. For a fast-growing company with the need to be flexible and creative with different solutions, sometimes the support for the solution was very long and delayed the implementation of other solutions. In general, very fast solutions are not expected. Work reports could also be a bit transparent, just in terms of descriptions of tasks. Cooperation would require more receptivity over things.

Their approach to mobilize to get things done. They really care and try to make complicated or even impossible things happen.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They need to understand that company stakeholders mostly don't understand or don't want to understand the details of some parts of e-commerce, rather than growth in sales numbers, which is fine, and there is no point in explaining why it's very hard or not possible to do something, when in reality, all that matters for the client is to keep business moving forwards so that being said to take more responsibility and find a solution on your own, providing an effective and lasting solution, otherwise the competence and suitability of the partner for the ability to implement non-standard solutions and ideas are reviewed differently.

Firstly I had some online meetings with dev and manager. After they precisely knew my wishes they suggested me how to structure my own design. They helped me with a lot of ideas and finally they made website on WordPress platform.

We had a few calls on Zoom with project manager and dev. Also we made daily communication in WhatsApp. For design we used Figma platform.

They privileged my needs and my perfectionism! Also I liked how easily they taught me a lot complicated things which now helps me to manage website by my own.

Not sure. Everything was very smooth that I didn't saw any improvements!

We did hire SIA WD Market to create our online store. By creating online store we wanted to offer possibility for our customers to buy our products online and give them great user experience.

We did work with WD Market before when they did create our website. The website was well made, support was fast and responsive, so we did them also trust our online store.

We had great meeting, we did discuss our business plans and future of the store. Project started with plan and structure. They designer send us mockups. After mockup approval they did start create our store.

They also did help to get approvals for bank payments. They did integrate shipping methods Omniva and DPD. Helped us to create iamges and did insert all product with all variations in store. Everything gone perfect.

Also WD Market gave us suggestions for marketing campaigns. Now WD Market is support our shop and it is great.

Clients love our site design and we have more than 200 sales now.

They did update about project. Used Jira for delegation. Scrum method. For support I just write them in Whatsapp and get things done in one day.

They are nice and professional. delivering results quickly. Support also is very fast.

Communication and further we gave the test tasks, which were dealt quickly and successfully.

Everything was based on woocomerce. The design was changed, internal functions were improved, such as 2 warehouses. Customers are aware of the availability of both. One warehouse is linked to XML and is updated daily. Many different imports have been created. Added small logos with explanations so that customers understand delivery times and much more.

Everything was done at the highest level. The main thing that on time and within the specified time.
